The waiter in AC cabinet is very rude.. We went there today at 3:55pm for lunch.. We didn't see the timings in the menu..and when we called the waiter for the order..he came n promptly said see the time n left ..HE JUST LEFT!! There's a way of saying and speaking politely.. he can just say that no it's not available or we don't serve lunch at this hour.. Instead he choosed to be rude.. I have read previous reviews when customers have said he judge people based on their personality and clothes and behaves accordingly..if the customers are students he choose to be rude..in case of rich people ..he speaks in a more polite way.. Ps: Owner I just want to inform..keep an eye of your workers because of them your restaurant name will be at stake.. N to the AC cabinet waiter Sir..we might look and dressed up like college students..but we are from a very dignified...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The serving staff was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They were impatient and didn’t know how to properly communicate with customers. I had ordered 2 single samosas and a tea, but they only brought 1 samosa with the tea. When I pointed out the mistake, they argued that I had only ordered 1 samosa.

Additionally, when I inquired about vada, they bluntly told me it would take 10 minutes to prepare. Instead of politely informing me that the vada was not ready, they just insisted I wait, without offering any explanation. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are trying to enjoy a simple meal. It’s clear the staff needs better training in customer service. I won’t...
