TAMIL NADU HOME FOOD — Restaurant in Goa

Let me share my honest review about TN home food Goa along bad experience too.

Before we get into food review two Alets

ALERT 1 :

Its small parking so max of two cars or few two Wheeler can be parked.

They are not maintaining the cocunut tree and hence tender cocunut bcms end stage of cocunut and falling on Parking

Cocunut was fallen on roof of one car and bonnet of another car.

Two cars were affected bcz of this and not even courtesy from hotel owner or staff and they r so casual in preparing and delivering food.. Its not about money.. Its about care too customers

Just few mins before parking our car few two wheelers were there and by gods grace they just left hence saved

What if if it's falled oh then and severe injury wud have happened.

Hotel management is totally responsible for customers who is visiting their hotel.

They cud simply periodically clean or put some net to avoid this. We have got approx 25 k estimates to repair.. More that what if its falled on someone

ALERT 2 : They don't have any means of online payment.. Gpay, paytm or card... So have enough Cash....!

Not sure how they operate.

Food Review : Food is Good.. Bit of more tamarind on gravy and more Masala on Briyani.

Customer is our God and their safety is more important.

And not all can be controlled if something happens.. Please...

Disappointed!! Dont recommend!

We fell for the 'Tamilnadu' name! After getting fed up with the pathetic goa food for three days, we thought we finally found our native TN food. But the excitement died down quickly. For Set dosa and idli, we had to wait for 30 min(?!) Its ok if the quality is worth the wait. We were like: இதையாடா இவ்ளோ நேரம் சமைச்சீங்க? Set dosa is literally two inch radius and idli is rock hard ( one idli for 40 rs). Sambar is watery and salty.. As with other hotels, no free water!! Total bill for two persons: close to 400₹ We complained about the quality and price and said its not TN standard. they said : this is how it is in Goa.. They also said liquor is cheap in Goa. Bro we didnt come to have liquor here, we came to have food..

Its ok if the prices are high, we understand competition, rent etc. But at least the quality should be good. Please visit any TN city like Madurai, Coimbatore and learn how to cook idli first. Otherwise dont use Tamilnadu's name in your namebaord..

Worst food and experience. They are cheating tamilians...

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding experience I recently had at here during my fifth visit to Goa. This time around, my joy knew no bounds as I finally discovered authentic Tamil Nadu home food, which truly made my visit unforgettable.

The food I had the pleasure of savoring was nothing short of excellent, reflecting the true essence and flavors of Tamil Nadu cuisine. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service provided was also remarkable, adding immensely to the overall experience.
