TF CAKES & More - Cake delivery in goa — Restaurant in Goa

I had recently placed an order with TF cakes. As I had previously ordered from here some 2 years back, I went back as a returning customer but was utterly disappointed. Had placed an order for Alphabet “A”., with extra payment for yellow macrons and was constantly on calls and messages confirming the details of order for 5 days in a row. With so many negative reviews I did give a second thought but still made huge mistake to place an order. On call did mention constantly not to make mistake, it’s a special birthday and do not make mistake. But yet they messed up the whole cake. Order was placed and asked to deliver before 5pm after whole day of waiting for the surprise the cake was delivered after 6 pm, which was okay but when the cake was opened it was awful looking Alphabet “K”. This was nowhere close to what was ordered which was alphabet "A", the whole birthday was ruined, on calling back the shop, the person said I’ll take the cake and fix it soon, what does this mean you’ll turn the terrible looking K into A??? The person I spoke to first, called them, and they said they are based in Pune while the cake was ordered from Goa, he said will return the money, but the day was spoiled, surprise was ruined, and we didn’t end up cutting a cake… you have spoiled someone’s special day, the day ended with tears all through, turned a birthday into disappointment. When we read negative comments, we still put trust and go ahead thinking it must have been a bad day, but NO, when people do add a review that’s when they are truly hurt and disappointed. Bad orders like this do not just mean small hing, its huge and no one deserves to spoil anyones special day. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Order from locals if possible and if not do not order. But huge NO. Have added pictures for people to see HAD ORDRED ALPHABET “A” but this people delivered this awful looking alphabet ‘K’. They do not deserve any stars... only if the post could be posted...

I have ordered a cake from this place for my baby’s 6 months birthday occasion. It’s the worst cake of my life. I have to mention that I ordered a cake for the sake of understanding who will go through this feedback. Otherwise it’s not a cake that they have given. It’s that worst. From past 25 years of my life i have never tasted this bad cake. All my guests laughed at the cake, it was so embarrassing for me. The cake was totally dry inside no moist no taste of the pineapple flavour. I paid 1424 for this cake and it’s not even worth of single penny. My total party and occasion was totally spoiled because of this disaster cake. This is one side of this TF CAKES. And the other horrible experience I had is the unacceptable customer service that they have provided to me. After explaining my whole worst experience they had no empathy on my situation and despite making judgment on the customers which is highly frustrating. They were not even ready to call me and listen to my explanation. They only asked me chat. THEY NEVER ASKED FOR APOLOGIES. For all the guys out there high warning to you guys. Kindly don’t order cake from this website. Horrible taste and ruthless behaviour from the customer service. I am raising the complaint in FSSAI now. I will attach those screenshots also here in my next review. Also I will attach the screenshots of the chat from the customer service. I will daily come here and write my bad experience here until the business closes.
