Tomato's Garden Kitchen And Bar — Restaurant in Goa

Tomato's Garden Kitchen & Bar is located on the main Candolim road and it is easy to find.

The restaurant is spacious and it is entirely an open air setup restaurant. They have a big size bar which looks great. The lightings are done nicely and the seatings options are nice considering all size of groups. They also have swing seatings available which is amazing. They play good music and the day when I went for dinner they had live singing which was perfect and we loved it.

The menu contains Chinese, Indian, Italian and American cuisines. Options are great and they have nicely balanced the dishes for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Prices are not too high and the quantity served is satisfactory.

The kitchen service was on time and the table service given by Bhuwan was excellent as he knew the menu well and he was attentive.

What We Had - APPETIZERS~ Crispy Spinach Garlic Chicken - Chicken pieces tossed in spicy garlic sauce served along with crispy spinach tasted great. The garlic flavours were not overpowering and the crispy spinach didn't had pungency.

Prawn Balchao - Fresh prawns tossed with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes tasted delicious. The light flavour was really good and I enjoyed this Goan speciality.

MAINS~ Veggie Steak, Beetroot Slaw Burger - Amazing veg burger. Mix veg patty along with mayo, beetroot and coleslaw tasted perfect. The buns were fresh and the patty had nice flavours of black peppers. The crisp fries and spicy mayo served along tasted nice too.

DESSERTS~ Gulab Jamun, caramelized white chocolate, khoya crumble - Outstanding mix of ingredients. Soft gulab jamun with a base of khoya and white chocolate with chocolate sauce drizzle tasted amazing. This dessert was a perfect end to a perfect meal.

MOCKTAIL~ Virgin Mojito. Lemonade & Lime Britters. Both the drinks tasted good and were made to perfection.

Located on the busy streets of Candolim. The interior has brown tones and gives one super comfortable, classic and romantic vibes.

The restaurant interior is well thought and planned and has more of browns which is soothing or relaxing. It also has warm effects so they have balanced it with whites inside and outside. High chairs and bar section stands out. As soon as you enter the place, on the left there is this place with swings and besides that a white pandal like setup, opposite to this is the wall which has handcrafted weaved mat and lamps. The ambience is super soothing.

The staff is very welcoming and quick in their orders. They will guide you to try food according to your taste buds.

Things we ordered

Virgin Pina Colada - A refreshing beverage can never go wrong. This was really fulfilling and huge 😍 we loved this drink. If you are someone who loves refreshing drinks or want to try something non-alcoholic this one is a must try from Tomato's

Citrus Shrimp & Avocado , Creamy Cilantro, Prawns Salad - Omg this green salad was the highlight of our evening 😍. It had so many prawns, fine thin slices onions. The name itself talks about the ingredient list. We totally loved this salad and recommend it to avocado and prawn lovers.

Chicken Kebab - I'm not a huge fan of kebabs so didn't really like this. But this was enjoyed by my husband. The quantity and quality was great the kebabs were cooked to perfection!
