Cherries Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Totally disappointed with the pulav we have ordered. Fristly, they served us rice with bit of flower, turmeric, fansi, green chilli on the name of pulav. We returned that order as pulav must have ingredients like potato, tomato, lal mirch, muttor etc. And the same we told to waiter. But second time also they served the same pulav just exclude flower.

I guess they served us the same pulav, we have returned. Please do not order pulav from this restaurant as they are scaming peole on the name of serving pulav. And that so called pulav charged for 200 bucks. Totally non sense!!

This was my first time and I guess the last time to visit the restaurant.

Suggestion: kindly train your waiters and manager regards to listening skill. As a customer I explained twice how the pulav should be. But you guys failed both the times. Also, you guys don't have courtesy not to include the price of pulav if customer is not at all happy with what you...

Cherries restaurant is on 1st floor of Hotel Silver Heights. We visited on Sunday for unlimited lunch which was @325+tax as of 26 Jun 2022. Well to begin with the location and ambience of restaurant is very good. We took a corner table with beautiful roadside view. This was my first visit to restaurant and was little disappointed compare to overall rating and reviews. Soup and starter were good. The ambiance was okay. Main course dish was very oily and below expectations. There were various mess up made by waitors in our orders like soup arrived and starter was delivered elsewhere and we had to follow up and wait.
