La Pino has yummy pizza but the worst service ever... the ppl are so unbothered their... we ordered at 8.15 and til 9.50 we did not receive the order. When we call no one is picking up the call at the number mentioned on Google... after 40- 50 min of wait, when we called the delivery boy of la Pino, he assigned his work to some other boy and than when we called the 2nd one we tried to explain him the landmark, he doesn't know vesu, he doesn't know Siddhivinayak mandir, he doesn't know big bazaar, reached VR mall and expects us to guide him.. when finally the call got connected to the parle point resturant, the person on the other side spoke too rudely......

Most unprofessional team of people. First of all their pizzas are very costly. They have rush when they give buy one get one offer. Their pizza has less cheese & more mayo which makes the taste sour. I ordered one yesterday on their app for home delivery & then i tried calling them around 15 times. No one picks the call. After 90 minutes, i visit their outlet & see around 50 people waiting for order. I went inside & see phones ringing & they are not picking. Only when i threatened that i will take legal action if my pizzas are not delivered, they started making mine & cancelled every one elses order. Pathetic behavior, will never order again. Its...
