La Pino'z Pizza Ellisbridge — Restaurant in Gujarat

Overall ambience was good!! The problem started when I placed the order for Capsicum Paneer and Onion Paneer Pizza, the manager got confused even after confirming the order thrice and sent me capsicum paneer pizza and capsicum onion pizza. When I told him about it he kept on arguing the same thing that I've confirmed the order items thrice so it is not our fault at all. After a discussion of around 5 - 10 minutes he agreed to replace the pizza. I thought the matter has been resolved now but when my mother and I were having our food, the manager kept on repeating the same stuff in front of this staff members "that I confirmed the order thrice and all" to show his brag in front of other staff members which was noticed by my mum and that ruined our whole experience. We still ignored them while completing our meal but when we were leaving, almost 2 - 3 staff members, especially their waiter / peon were laughing straight away on us as if we are a joke or something. The food was also not upto the mark as compared to la pinoz prahladnagar to which I am the regular customer.

The thing is that in these times when food delivery is on it's peak, it is only because of the experience factor that any individual plans to visit any restaurant with his nearest people and on such occassions such immature and improfessional acts by staff members ruins their entire experience just like us. This showcases how well they are trained for their job and from where do they belong!! Even if we consider that it was the fault of mine while placing an order then how big of a cost is it for such a big franchise of la pinoz which they are not capable to absorb / consider and instead chose to deliver such a rubbish service. We were literally thinking to finish our meal as fast as we could so that we can simply leave the place faster in order to avoid any other impolite act but still they manage to lend a final blow by showcasing their insulting and disrespectful laughter!! Considering the longer term growth factor, I would like to request the owner to take care of the staff by providing them suitable work & people etiquettes based training and try to prevent such unusual activities happening at his / her premise because this particular experience could have been a first & introductory one towards a new place for us where we would have continued to visit which might have called for their future business enhancement but all this mess has forced us to restrict this first experience as our last one and I am sure, it is not going to be limited...

I visited Laziness Pizza on Wednesday with my friends to take advantage of their "Buy One Get One Free" offer on medium-sized pizzas.We are going to burger king(First time) but the place was not 100% vegetarian so we avoided it. We visited here as this franchise is one of my favorite and had good reviews. We ordered a 7 Cheese Pizza, Mexican Chilli Pizza, Stuffed Garlic Bread, and a Choco Lava Cake.

I’m not usually a fan of 7 Cheese Pizza, but I must say it was still pretty good. However, the Mexican Chilli Pizza was the real highlight—one of the best pizzas I’ve had so far! The Stuffed Garlic Bread was a first-time experience for me, so I can’t compare it to others, but I absolutely loved it and would definitely order it again. As for the Choco Lava Cake, it’s my all-time favorite, and it didn’t disappoint.

The service was excellent, with our order arriving in just 15-20 minutes. The atmosphere was nice, but the seating arrangement could be improved. The chairs were comfortable, but the space between them felt a bit cramped. It wasn’t an issue when we visited since it wasn’t crowded, but I can imagine it being uncomfortable during rush hours.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d love to visit again—just not...
