london yard pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

We visited on 28 June for Brother's Birthday Celebration. we were Total 9 Person. Our Bill Number is 9976. We faced lots of Issues.

My wife found 2 pice Plastics inside from the pizza while eating. We arrgued about that, one of lady (staff) who were taking care about the orders she denied about it and said that do you have photo of it. She didn't accept or even didn't appologies for the same.

How can we take photo while eating pizza!! it was transperent plastic inside the pizza that is why it was not visible.

Handwash tap was not working due to that reason no water inside the tank in washroom. Manager accept and said that it broken on the same day afternoon. That we understand.

We ordered 3 Large + 1 Midium size pizzas. As Oregano + Chiliflex was not there, We asked for the same and "we put it in any one of the box" they replied. But it's was not there. They said this is self service outlet.

We didn't expect such type of service from the London Yard Pizza - Paldi Branch...

I was a very happy and satisfied customer till this incident happened. There is no respect for the customer from the service person who is accidently the owner. They even asked me not come mext time which shows that they donot have value for their customers. The service guys were the worst and behaved very inappropriately with us. I had purchased the food from them and asked for ketchup. I asked and took the ketchup from there and was using for my pizza in some other shop. They came and took the ketchup away. When I went there and asked why they did so, they started lashing out on me and the lady who was on the counter started yelling at me that I was wrong. They had a very inappropriate behaviour and were expecting to use the product from other store for their product which is not even ethical. NEVER EVER GOING TO THIS OUTLET again. I highly recommend to NOT go there if you don't want to...

Air conditioning was not working and staff was unaware of this fact. AC started after complaint and much trials. Door to the store room kept open as seen in the pic so AC effect was minimal. Flies going around the bright lights inside the sitting area. Work ladder kept in the sitting area. All of the above ahows total disinterest of the staff for providing service.

Total 3 families as customers and the waiter gets wrong orders even for this small group . Pathetic! These guys should be ashamed of such SERVICE. I had to ask for tissue paper and they had to get it from their store in packed condition.

Pizza was okay, nothing great about it.

Will I eat here again? Only if my life depended on eating here. Overall,...
