Never ordered from this restaurant . From past two days I order from zamto thali as per picture and discretion they never deliver. full spicy food. Today I call resturant to give feedback they are just u have places order from zomato claim get refund we are not hear to listen just disconnected the call I called again that is this the service to customers thet are like we are not helping you u can do any any thing as u claim to zomato get refund our food is like this.such owner of resturant are not bother what going on in resturant cheating customer. I have recording of all calls of resturant. I think resturant don't bother of customer. I suggest to zomato kindly plz delist such outlet from potel as customer satisfaction they don't bother u have to not list just to build money ...will shure go to every online platform for this outlet for such staff that ignoring customer and cheating customer .@zomato u have to check wheather description is proper and outlet is serving or not. It was friends birthday evening so wouldn't write much but service was way toooo slow plus most of time the Steward wasn't able to serve properly.he was crossing guest. Upon asking for cutlery it was kept in center nd most of them were service gear also I was seating on corner so most of time food was placed near me and was asked to pass other they were not sure who ordered what .
