I ordered a birthday cake for my child, and it was an absolute disappointment. Despite providing specific instructions, the cake was nothing like I requested. It was plain, uninspired, and piled with far too much cream, overwhelming the taste. When I asked for vibrant colors to make it more fun for kids, they told me it would make the cake bitter – which I've never heard from any other bakery! Their customer service was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel like my concerns didn't matter. Went in here at 11 pm as it was one of the few places that were open and had a really high rating. However, the Chocolate Truffle pastry that I bought was extremely stale and hard. I don’t think that “end of the day” is an excuse to sell stale cakes to consumers. Many places do sell stale cakes to avoid wastage. But those are marked down to let the consumers be aware that they are purchasing a stale cake. Also, they should have at least provided better quality spoons to go with such rock-hard pastries, as the ones we got gave in at the very first attempt to cut...

Visited Vadodara for the first time and was walking around and entered this place. Tried a slice of the Chocolate Walnut (better when slightly warmed up) and it was delicious. So I went ahead and got a couple things to go.

They open at 7 am. That means one can get CAKE FOR BREAKFAST! Now that’s what I call doing things right.

Where they lost points is on the flimsy paper plate and plastic spoon (the environment cried). Come on now, serve up cake on china or at least ceramic and give a human real cutlery 🍴. I hope they take my suggestion and make...
