Pizzawala's India | Best Pizza in Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

We visited the place because the restaurant was advertising they offer the most authentic american pizzas.

We asked for Chicago Deep Dish, the original flavor with Marinara Sauce and Cheese. Our server kept saying only one thing that because we are coming for the first time, we should eat the one with Indi Makhani and Tandoori Sauce.

The person was adamant that the original ones were very bland , and it took 45 minutes to cook a chicago deep dish, so rather order some other pizza. Never have i ever had such an experience with service staff who just stays adamant rather than listening to the customer.

So after a lot of one on one talk with the server, we finally ended up ordering the thin crust with Tandoori sauce. The one suggested by them.

They also said that because we are four people, we should order only one pizza and one garlic bread.

Now comes the order, the Thin Crust Pizza with Tandoori Sauce was pathetic at best. No taste. Indianized version of pizza. It was not only an insult to the pizza but also an insult to the indian food. Not everything needs to be indianized.

The pizza and garlic bread were not sufficient for us, and after the pathetic experience, we decided to leave and not order anything more.

This is a suggestion to the management and the service staff, if you are advertising the authentic pizzas, then do not advise people on buying the indian pizza. If you yourself do such a thing, how will people come to know about the original taste of the american pizza. Listen to the customer.

The service staff needs serious training regarding how to handle customers and advise them. If the customer is saying they want to try the original style, why would you go advice to have the Indi style.

P.S. The pizzas and garlic bread were baked well, so kudos to the cooks. The issue is with the service staff.

I am now hesitant to visit again or suggest the place to someone else because of this experience.

Never go here the food was okay okay the main thing is I was forced to buy water which was of rs 60 I asked them twice to give me regular water first time I was ignored and then I went to the manager and ask for the same she told me that she will ask her senior about that after that I was heard that she was talking with the people serving their that if they give me regular water they will have to give regular water to everyone there so they didn't give me regular water and argued with me at the end I told them that I will complain about same then they give it as in complimentary thing

My visit to Pizzawala was an absolute disaster. Not only were their prices sky-high, but the taste of their pizzas was non-existent. It felt like I was throwing my money down the drain, all while subjecting my health to their subpar offerings. From the exorbitant prices to the complete lack of flavor, this place is a waste of everything imaginable. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of Pizzawala.I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to dine at Pizzawala. The prices are enough to give you sticker shock, and the taste (or lack thereof) is an insult to your taste buds. It's not just a waste of money, but a waste of your health, your time, and your entire dining experience. Even if they offered their food for free, I'd still advise anyone to run in the opposite direction. This place is a black hole of disappointment that should be avoided...
