Shiva's Coffee Bar (S.G Pakwan ) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Ordered Pav Bhaji (Oil), Chocolate Cheese Sandwich, Margharita Pizza, Jumbo Club Sandwish, Chhole Puri, Thick shake Chocolate , veg Pizza. Pav Bhaji was too salty, it was ordered the first, arrived after 55 minutes and two reminders and very much in the end, last of all. It was Sunday Night 11:00 p.m., when we placed our order. There was only really small size families and the place was not over crowded or even full. They provide ample quantity and average price per person comes to Rs.100 - Rs.130 per dish. Lawn was good, Parking space good, Chairs are moulded plastic. Drinking water tasted FUNNY, hence ordered Mineral Water Bottles. Toilets are Indian Style but clean and tidy. There was TV with IPL match. There is Paan shop in front, if you are fond of Paan. Lights were turned off early due to Highway Police Patrol enforce legal time line of 12:00 midnight closing time. We ate our dinner in DARK. When we were leaving, the Police envoy, enforced the rule. Overall Food is good and seating arrangement average. Shiva’s Coffee Bar is located right opposite Gordhan Thal. Wanted to eat @ Gordhan Thal but there was 25 mins waiting @ Gordhan Thal so just went to Shiva’s Coffee Bar to grab a quick bite. A Roadside Shop with basic outdoor open seating area . Mainly people came here for a quick bite and it seemed like a place a lot of smokers sat and munched on some food.

Ordered two items ( Chocolate Shake & Spicy Schezwan Cheese Frankie ) and my total with tax was Rs 270 approx and I found it expensive.

Chocolate milkshake was decent but the Frankie quantity wise & spice quotient was okay but taste was below far. It wasn’t like the frankie you get usually in mumbai or elsewhere. It tasted more like sabzi roti roll .

Service was slow to say the least as my order took 20 - 25 mins to come which was a lot considering not many people had ordered below me.

All in all it’s fine for a quick bite but for the price they are charging the taste and service don’t justify it .

About Shiva's cafe . ! I would like to tell that I visit here most of the times at night.

Environment is good and the seating is with chair and table unlike other cafe's on SG highway. ! So I prefer sitting here because of the chair seating. !

Also you can sit here for long like till 12 O'clock at night. !

People also smoke here.

It's a place where you get good cold coffee. ! And also other snacks. ! It's good for visiting with friends and group.

I recommend this for 7/10 times....
