Starbucks — Restaurant in Gujarat

Starbucks is finally into Ahmedabad with 3 outlets at one go. This one is located in the prime area of Bodakdev. The cafe is two storey with the caffoo counter in ground floor and seating area on the first floor. Similar to any Starbucks outlet, you are greeted with great aroma of coffee as soon as you enter the place. The cafe is designed beautifully. The staff is really courteous and well trained, something you find across Starbucks outlet. We tried :

Pour Over : Perfect for a black coffee lover. The taste was absolutely perfect. 5/5

Mocha Frappuccino : Too good. One could easily feel the difference in the  quality of ingredients used. 4/5

Tomato Sandwich on Multi grain bread : A bit overpriced for the quantity offered, but really good in taste. 4/5

Tiramisu : Rich in taste but nothing exceptional. 3/5

Overall surely an upscale place in Ahmedabad for coffee lovers. The ambience and coffee surely keeps me calling here...

So I had visited this place on 31st Aug. after my order I have asked the man that what time they usually open he said, they open at 7am everyday. Today on 2nd I had visited at 7:10 am and was siting near the cafe. The lady came and today sir will open at 8am so I asked her you guys told me that it’s open at 7am. She said no no and start arguing and many time she asked who told me who told me. I was telling her the same thing. But she wasn’t ready to accommodate me. She asked me to leave and come back at 8am. Is this the service Starbucks you have. Like your people doesn’t know who to talk and how to maintain service. Stack bucks you provide a nice coffee please provide some good customer service as well and teach the staff...

It was my worst experience at this outlet of Starbucks. Ordered 4 drinks and one snack Tripple mocha,Strawberry and cream, Veg Croissant, Double chocolate chips and Caramel java chip. They charged me Veg croissant and they told me they don't have after 20 mins of order. Even took lots of time to get rest of my order items. They updated Veg croissant to tiramisu at the end. Strawberry and cream was too sweet then what I have tried at other outlets.

Tripple mocha- 3/5 Strawberry and cream -2/5 Veg Croissant - Replaced to tiramisu Double chocolate chips - 3/5 Caramel java chip- 4/5 Tiramisu- 3/5

Ambiance - 4/5 Staff- 3/5
