I had a truly disappointing experience at the Subway outlet at Judges Bungalow. I had already ordered and eaten three Cravers and decided to order three more. To my surprise, the staff flat-out refused to serve me—despite having Cravers bread visibly available. When I asked why, I was told that they were "saving the bread" for potential online orders through delivery apps like Zomato or Swiggy. This reasoning was completely illogical. I was a paying customer already dining in, yet they prioritized hypothetical online orders over someone physically present and requesting more food. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he wasn’t available. I then requested to speak to him over a call. On the call, once I explained the situation, the manager said they would serve me—but by that time, the damage had been done. The unprofessional attitude and refusal from the staff made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this outlet. I paid for my initial order and left. No customer should have to argue or feel unwelcome just to order more food. I do not recommend visiting this Subway location. The staff was rude, dismissive, and more focused on preserving inventory for online apps than serving actual customers in-store. I accidentally consumed something that goes completely against my beliefs. My Kuldevi (Goddess) is Bahucharaji, and her sacred animal is a hen. You made me eat chicken how can a simple apology or compensation fix that? This is not something that can be undone, and the impact on me and my family has been severe.
Right now, my mental state is disturbed, my physical health has been affected, and my family is also in distress due to this incident. This is not just about offering a free meal or saying "this won't happen again." I want proper action to be taken against Subway for this gross negligence.
I expect a serious and appropriate resolution, not just an apology or a goodwill gesture. This matter is not over, and I will take it further...
Read moreThe sub was decent but served cold, and the mozzarella cheese inside wasn’t properly melted. The crispers were a letdown—soggy and a bit too oily—so I wouldn’t really recommend those. You might want to try other sides instead.
On the positive side, the fountain Coke was cold and refreshing, which helped balance the meal a bit. The subs overall were okay—not great, but worth trying at least once, especially if you’ve never had Subway before.
They offer both vegetarian and non-veg options with a good variety of toppings and sauces to choose from.
The seating area was good and clean, which made the dine-in experience more comfortable.
Overall, it was an average experience but still worth trying once for...
