The best thing about Domino's is the way they Prepare fresh Dough and Customer can watch it being prepared. This new idea of allowing customers to see their Pizza being prepared is the best business strategy. The taste and smell of Domio's Pizza is surely going to attract you again. Even passing by a Domino's outlet could remind you of that smell and you would surely consider stopping by and have a Pizza. The topping they use is just awsome and the pizza is super fresh always. No wonder in which outlet you are, in which part of country you are, you would get the same taste everywhere, that is the authenticity and we must really appreciate operations team of Domio's for maintaining and delivering the same taste everywhere in every outlet. The seating arrangement and service of staff is also commendable. They support everyone and allow everyone to stay in their comfort zone. Staff behavior is just outstanding, really appreciate the way they greet and serve their customers. Can't stop to appreciate their 30 minute pizza Delivery, the delivery guys work really hard to deliver pizza within 30 Minutes. That is a kind of service you won't see usually from any restaurant. Another undesired experience with Dominos. Dominos application for no reason picks up the sector 53 store for delivery to my residence in sec 43. Store manager Mr. Kumar Chand conviniently say"you choose the wrong store" and take another 30 minutes to route this to a store at Vipul Square Galleria. The store manager there Mr. Praveen Kumar after multiple confrontations 45 minutes into the order confirm that there is too much load at the store & he can't get the order out in time. So much so that I personally go to the store to pick up the order. That too my order is missing the extra toppings I paid for. After my feedback the remedial call from Mr. Kumar Chand is to suggest that he was not at fault as his store was not to get the order hence he could not offer any remedy. This chain has lost it at least in Gurgaon. Somehow, Dominos in Delhi are still much better. Plus Dominos staff seems to play around and ignore the money refund policies.

My two cents, avoid ordering from Dominos in the first place, as they have stopped owning their responsibility. However if kids still want it, may be order through Swiggy, they are much better and accountable with their service...

Always Fresh, Always Fast – Domino’s Never Disappoints!

I’ve been a regular Domino’s customer for years, and they consistently deliver great food and fast service. The pizzas are always hot, cheesy, and loaded with toppings — just the way I like it!
