Giani's — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is what you get when you order from this outlet. Totally melted ice cream. I ordered belgian choc 1 lt and 1 scoop of giani sp ice cream and what I get is giani sp 1 lt and giani sugar free 1 scoop. They delivered totally wrong order . Moreover when they brought correct order the giani sp scoop was totally melted. The story doesnt end here .. on politely asking the restaurant manager of this he gives logic like “itna door order karwaoge. To melt to hoga hi” I mean if you thought that the location is far then y did you accept the order in first place. The Manager chandan then became very rude and abused me like anything. I had to resend the order just because of the way this guy handled me inspite of doing mistakes and not acknowledging the same. Giani please appoint a manager who can understand the order correctly and moreover has a sense to speak to his customer. You should definately fire this chandan...

Mr Ajay Agarwal Giani Good Earth, I came to ur shop for ice cream. To my surprise full shop was in shabby condition, full of flies n mosquitoes. No repellent or spray. I stood for 5 min, my kegs were fully bitten. Flies found on icecream and shakes. It is illegal, shameful and pathetic to ensure each of ur customer may get dengue, malaria, typhoid or chikenguniya. Ordered gajrela.Outlet service man tried to cheat by measuring less quantity for the price.On pointing out he corrected.Also the person who was preparing took long and tried to keep aside a little in the spoon( not sure if for personal consumption as I kept an eye on him.and he was aware) no dry fruit in the halwa and doesn't taste close to the price charged.Gianis is not what it was once in old Delhi in terms of taste and customer satisfaction.Deeply...
