Mc Donald's — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I being a global Traveller, just happen to be at this location while driving through the area and empty stomach. First was difficult to find the restaurant and it was inside the mall which was being under construction or renovation. I took my driver to have a after meal, and ordered through the kiosk inside, when the food was delivered on the table, fries were cold and hard, the spicy chicken burger was pre wrapped and cold when I opened the wrap it looked like kids burger it was cold and hard. I immediately took the fries to the counter to have fresh ones, which never came out, I approached the manager and asked him to sit beside me and explained him the entire situation, he apologized and wanted to compensate for something else, but with our our intuition we left the restaurant with fresh fries. Excellent location… absolutely clean… awesome food too…

BUT…

Absolutely Pathetic service. I’m sitting here right now along with the wife and two kids and have ordered food almost 30 mins ago. There are two groups of customers ahead of us and even they haven’t received their order. So much for a QSR restaurant!

They have an order monitoring system which they disable by punching the order as delivered, even though the order is still pending. Because these times are all checked by management.

otherwise the order would be flashing in their internal monitors as it’s done everywhere else.

It was such a good place to sit and eat with anyone or even alone . But I feel like it can be improved a little like the vibes there is a little disturbing also service is little slow also they no matter if it's crowded or not they never tell what's the offer is or any such thing also they should mention or reconfirm or just mention when someone order tea they not always ask for a whole glass they order for cutting this is also something either the one taking order should tell or confirm that's all An please bring back happy meals toys instead of...
