I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with Nando's. I ordered the Chicken Liver & Portugese Roll for my fiance for lunch. The delivery was done in 1 hour & the order was not delivered properly. Out of the 4 sauces selected, they only sent two. The Portuguese Roll was missing & even the Chicken Liver box was open. I raised this with Swiggy, who refused to help me. So I called the restaurant directly. After spending close to 30+ minutes, they mentioned they sent an incorrect order.
Two employees, and a supervisor (Rohit), who I was later told is the most senior person there, they all, lied saying that they had a similar order, of just the Chicken Liver and two sauces which they sent to us. The funny thing, they don't have an option to place an order for just the Chicken Liver. But the supervisor so so adamant and kept on lying through his teeth. While they acknowledged their error, and said that they would give us the correct order, they asked us to place another order. I told them to get the order delivered immediately since my fiance was waiting for lunch, but they refused saying they don't have any riders of their own. Seeing how this was going nowhere, I asked the Supervisor till what time he was available, and he confirmed it was till 11:30 PM. I told him that I'll visit to sort this out after my office, and he agreed. However, to my dismay & surprise, when I reached there, around 9:40 PM to 10:00 PM, I am informed that the supervisor had already left. I spent another hour there explaining the situation to a Team Lead, who sadly, was aware of it, but had no role to play in it. I asked him to get the order packed, and they botched it even then. This time, out of the 4 sauces, they packed only one.
This is not the first time this has happened with my order. Every time something or the other goes haywire, or amiss, but I used to let it slide. Only because they owned up to their mistakes. This time, not only did they come up with lies just to hide one tiny oversight, manual error, they showed no accountability, their supervisor was dilly dallying & makes a mockery of the restaurant's customers by just leaving before his shift timings.
In short, utterly disappointed with the delivery and the experience with Nando's. Their staff is a bunch of liars, and their Supervisor, Rohit, he is the biggest of them all. Clearly he's leading by example. They are not trustworthy & I would advise anyone ordering from them to be extremely careful. Chances are, your order will be botched up by them.
And if any of the staff members is reading this, please be informed, a legal suit will follow soon. I have call recordings with your staff and Rohit, along with bill copies etc. I'll specifically be mentioning Rohit's name in the FIR...

Read moreNando's ... Located in the midst of Cyberhub, what should you expect?
It's a casual setting in the location which is the prime as it can be i.e. Ground floor and almost at the beginning of the Cyberhub, Gurgaon from its main entrance. This Nandos is almost same as any other Nando's outlet in Delhi NCR but if you haven't been to any Nando's yet then I must tell you first that it's strictly for 'Non-Vegetarian lovers'! Although you may get some decent Vegetarian items but there is no point in visiting if most of you are Veg's.
I hope if you are still reading then you are interested in Non Veg more than Veg ;) So recommended items in NV are Chicken Wings, Peri-Peri Chicken, Espetada (Skewed nicely) and Corn on the cob for sides preferably. If you are still Veg you can prefer Roasted Veg and Grilled Paneer or something in Wraps. Also you do have option of Alcoholic beverages as regular which I personally found bit unexpected in my first visit.
The pricing is reasonable considering the location and variety of items available and it would mostly be in range of 400-500 pp excluding alcohol but including soft drinks. You can do mix and match with variety of stuff if you are in a group, there are also options of combos, platters and even pitchers for sharing. And did I mentioned they have awesome Peri-Peri sauces which make your food hot, hotter and hottest!!
In conclusion it's a strict 4 rating. Though it's nice overall but it's not a restaurant and food that you would like to visit too often or can have more often given it's for food for...
