Pizza Galleria Baani Square — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently placed an order that included a red sauce pasta and a pizza. Unfortunately, both items were quite disappointing. The pizza lacked flavor and did not taste fresh, while the red sauce pasta was extremely spicy — far beyond a normal spice level.

When I called to share my concern, the staff simply said the pizza was “okay” and that the pasta is supposed to be spicy, without offering any proper resolution. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful.

Considering the prices being charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better taste, quality, and response to complaints...
