Do not order pizzas from this outlet—they deliver uncooked food and show zero accountability. I had to place two orders back-to-back due to the poor quality. The first pizza was squished and I managed to get a refund online after returning it. I then placed a second, identical order. This one looked fine but smelled awful—sour, salty, and the keema (meat) was uncooked. It was overloaded with uncooked sauces, making the taste unbalanced and inedible. Both pizzas were "Dhaba Ka Keema," and despite calling the store twice, they still couldn't make them right.

When I called Mr. Balam, the store manager, he denied any issues with the preparation. The chef also claimed, "Sir, this is our standard preparation per Pizza Hut's instructions." The pizza had an absurd amount of chillies—12-15 uncooked pieces per slice, which would make anyone ill. The keema and chillies were both raw, vastly different from what Pizza Hut’s standard should be. I’ve been eating Pizza Hut since I was 15, and this was nothing like what the brand represents.

I requested a replacement, which Mr. Balam agreed to only after a lengthy argument, but he refused to deliver it unless I paid for a Swiggy or Zomato rider. After 3 hours of frustration, I ended up going to the store myself. Only then did Mr. Balam and the chef admit the pizza wasn't cooked properly and they hadn’t followed quality control or portion guidelines. I had to argue for another 20 minutes in-store just to get a refund, as Mr. Balam tried to make me pursue an online refund instead.

This entire ordeal wasted 3.5 hours on a public holiday, all for a pizza that should have been cooked right the first time. The store manager was irresponsible, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. This outlet needs serious staff training to prevent future experiences like this. Absolutely HORRIBLE service....

Worst ever experience. Placed order today and received it after around 55 mins that too after calling the store. They had not even dispatched it until I called after 32 mins. Even though the site says 30 min delivery promise (just had 2 pizzas), the person in store denied any such thing. Then they sent the order through Zomato who took the order to some other location.
