To unwind or for change from a routine life, staycation is good option in hotel or a resort, and can have a great experience too. Due to Covid the hospitality industry was the worst hit, now it is picking up and staff is all geared up to welcome the guests. For staycation we reached here at #DoubleTreeByHilton #BaniSquare #Gurugram, Marketing Manager Harpreet Bakshi Jain received us with warm hug.

This two hundred keys hotel is located in Golf Course Road. with all the modern amenities, Glass House Restaurant, a Bar, Pool and Vibe, The Sky Bar at roof top. We were at Suite Room here. Beautifully done up, large suite room with equally lage washroom with bathtub. Quite cosy and comfortable suite.

Had dinner at #Vibe #TheSkyBar at rooftop, although at this time it was a bit humid when we entered, but after some time with Mist fan is was comfortable. With Mocktail Cinderella n Cocktails had some amazing starters.....Dahi Makhmali Kebab, Lal Mirch Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Soya Booti.. Seekh Kabab and Murg Chandini Tikka were served through a cute small Tandoor on the table. All the kababs were well marinated and perfectly done, thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Murg Dum Biryani and Dal Makhni with assorted Indian Breads for the main course was again delicious.

We have a sweet tooth, so can't resist Dessert..... Tiramisu, Nutty chocolate tarts, Fruit pavlova, and Rum Balls, loved it. Had a wonderful time with good company of Harpreet Bakshi, Exec Chef Sandeep Panwar and Ashish Tewari.

Breakfast we had in our room..... Fresh fruits, Masala Dosa, Pan Cake and some assorted bakery items. Khao Suey, a meal in itself, Chicken Cesar salad, Chili Chicken for lunch at the Glass House, the restaurant with glass walls and greenery around, quite beautiful and soothing view.

Undoubtedly Vibe the sky bar is a perfect and one of the best place in Gurgaon for chill out night with best friend or a romantic gateway with spouse and good time to spend with family. Located at the terrace of Hilton Garden Inn, Vibe captures the amazing Gurgaon aerial view.

The ambience is main attraction. Beautiful cozy seating arrangement with an infinity pool, perfect place to order your favorite cocktail with the windy atmos. The bar is also slick and stylish, goes well with the whole interior and architecture.

Coming to the food, the menu has been redesigned recently. My friend and I had some beautiful appetizers with cocktail to enjoy this beautiful view.

We started with apple brioche and charred tenderloin. The sweetish brioche stuffed with apple slaw which went exceptionally well with rare medium Filet mignon which was marinated with coriander, parsley and garlic. The juicy stake was absolutely delicious! The tenderloin is recommended here.

Corn chicken dog's, the corn fried cajun spiced chicken sausage was a good bar nibbler with the cocktail, my poison was negroni which I followed up with another old fashioned cocktail.

Boti sliders, slow cooked lamb boti stuffed inside the slider buns was a treat! Another dish followed up with this was chilli chicken, personally I liked the way chef prepared the balanced not so spiced and not so dry chicken with sweet bell peppers.

The last bite we had was yummiest Herbed roast fish. mix herb crusted Roasted fish fillet was mind blowing. This is another recommended dish to order here.

The meal ended with an equally amazing Tiramisu. Every dish is reasonably priced. Comparing to the amazing ambience, the place will not cost hefty and must visit for any kind of occasion. Vibe opens at 3pm until midnight. Loved this place, I am going to...

This is one of the best place in Delhi. The ambience is amazing. It has a pool also which is accessible. Eating or drinking is not allowed kn the pool area. The view from this place this place is just amazing. I am definietly gonna visit this place again. Also they gave us some nice deals due to which this wasn't so expensive. The food was great. I had order veg platter (paneer tikka, dahi kabab and fries), salt and pepper vegetable, aaloo corn cutlet, masala chaap and pizza. Except for the pizza everything tasted great.
