Domino's has always been one of the biggest names in the pizza market if we were to consider facts but that's not all. What's special about Domino's is how they combine the modern flavor of cheese and bread with the traditional veggies fresh out from farms while still preserving the great sense of taste in every bite. Hands down one of the best places to eat out with friends or family and even alone. However though personally I don't prefer the TASTE and PRICE of most of the their sides including chicken sides and tacos and parcels it's not justified at all. In the end if the pricing of the stuff was better like recently they launched their new scheme of offering a discount on 2 pizzas however not 50% like the old days, it's still an improvement and with the opening of new rivals like Slice of Heaven and the like the bar of the competition has been raised. Always enthralled to see how Domino's will answer back to others trying to take over their throne in the business. Kudos to Domino's on their success!...
Read moreI dont know how it is.. but some days they are giving 30 mins gaurantee to the same place and some days they are like we dont gaurantee to this place.. 7 8 mins late pizza is like 'its okayy sir we take responsibility only if 1 hour is taken' then whats the point of 30 mins gaurantee.. pizza qaulity is the worst only of this outlet.. the staff does not know how to entertain a client.. they are just like 'talk to manager we dont know anything' then why have you appointed them ... its a big franchisee. Have some standards and all this has happened hell lot of times.. like no stands on the piza .. late piza is very common to this store. Not picking calls is a very big issue of this outlet. To the store manager.. You should know all this is happening in your store and still if you dont have the urge to solve these issue of your outlet then its totally a wasre to order here .. but now its the height.. worst dominos experience.. it was the last time never gona order...
Read moreHonest review from my side. Online orders doesn't have a system to notify whether orders will be late. It's vendor responsibility to inform the same, and I have seen the same at other dominoes places as well. I guess this place is so special and important that they don't feel the need of importance to practice the same.
Can i expect satisfied customer experience with them? No, because of their failure in responsibility of notifying as well as lame behavior in response while discussing the same.
Customers need solutions, not "yes sir" in problems and please wait long statements.
Quality is not great that aforementioned point should be discarded.
Nothing else if you guys miss out 2 main points. Can't blame Dominoes franchise for this. But don't expect from me that my order history will be same as...
