Extremely BAD taste and even worse experience!!!! Review: Food - Ordered their "Special Thaali" which was nothing but a standard south Indian thaali and it took them 20 mins to bring it. The taste of food here was an exact opposite of "Special". Because, Even after 20 mins the food was still not fresh just felt like they heated some stale (leftover) curries and seved it, one of the sabji was (some veggies in it were spoiled) 'Rancid'. When asked for their "Executive Thaali" (nothing but a standard north indian thali ) they said "It's not available for order. However, you can still get each item on this thaali if you order them seperately!!" I mean WHAT's this Nonsence???? If you don't want to serve it why do you even keep it in your menu.

Service - All the waiters were not bothered about any customer. They didn't even do the basic things like serving water, putting plates and serving the food (atleast first time food is brought to the table). You will have to call and ask them to give you a plate or water too!!! I mean, even a small road side Dhaba will give better service than this, That too at 1/4th the price tag of these guys.

To Summarise, I do NOT recommend this to any one. Don't waste your money, health and time over here. Rather go for any small dhaba. As even those, will be more satisfactory than this (fooling...

So I am new to the city and thought of having some south Indian food as I spend some good time in Hyd due to work . I just came through Sagar Ratna while I was shopping for my kid. I checked some reviews starting from lowest and thought not to try this . But since I had visited this brand in Delhi and other states I still had the trust and I visited .

I found food 5/5 Service 5/5 Price 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Guys please do not expect to get road side South Indian price with branded, well ambiencd food outlets . Rs 220/- for a Masala Dosa with such ambience , service and brand name is not expensive at all .

On few reviews on Sambar having jaggery : Yes small amount of Jaggery is added , sambar from different places will have different taste hyderabad, Bangalore , they use jaggery , Chennai they don't and it's spicy.

Tried filter coffee as I am fond of filter coffee and belong to this fraternity , some how coffee can be better , but it is not only product, there is a lot of hardwork and getting such filter coffee at Northern states is acceptable same way when we can not get good chole bhature in hyderbad !! Keep up the good work and 5 Star for all the employees Time of visit...

I have done three visits all are bad even worse one by one On my first visit they packed big prices of idli instead of small idli in idli chat but after complaint they provide right one But on my next visit I had experienced Disgusting service as my son want to sit on sofa side table. Restaurant was almost empty but they still asked to shift to other table which was not even clean. It was so yuck feeling that time but I ignored as I don't want to spoil my son mood. But I feel sooo bad. worst restaurant as Management of customers is not professional. I ordered rava onin paneer dosa and masala vadaas they charged full amount but served Sambhar with dosa because they thought on your own that customer don't need anything else.
