Disgusting experience.

Staff doesn't have manners on how to talk to customers & are very rude. They treat you like you are eating there for free. Avoid this place if you don't want to spoil your vacation. Chopsticks is much much better than this place.

Visited for dinner, ordered their special noodles(medium spicy). While placing the order, waiter said "We won't replace the order, if you don't like the spiciness of the noodles". Why on earth would someone talk about replacement while placing the order?

Due to smoking zone on roof top, we moved to cafe floor. We informed the waiter on cafe floor that we've already placed order on rooftop and he said he'll coordinate with the other waiter and get our order served.

He didn't coordinate with the rooftop waiter and he started saying "I thought you had gone. Was looking for you for so long on your table and came to the counter for order cancellation". The way he was speaking was totally rude and unacceptable, like he was doing us favor by giving us food.

Instead of saying all this to the customer, they need to learn how to respect the customers and coordinate among themselves.

"Since 1970" won't run the business, basic etiquettes, good hospitality and good food will!

Update after Noodles reply: I've been to different parts of Himachal, Uttrakhand and many other states in India, I am aware how well behaved and friendly Himachali people are. I've interacted with them a lot and thus I can say they are one of the best people in India. However, I can't say the same thing for people working at noodles. This is also clear by soo many different people reviewing since last few years about "rude behavior" of your staff. Many reviews being posted more than 4-5 years ago. It was my first experience of Manali Trip in between 21-23 june 2023 with my family... That time, i was searching a Best Restaurant in Manali for dinner.... Suddenly i saw 👍🏻😊Mount view "Noodle" Restaurant ....It was looking so beautiful from outside and as well as from inside. First of all, I went to the counter where a beautiful sweet girl was sitting, and I was very pleased to talk to her....I found her face and her voice very attractive, I also liked her behavior... She helped us for the table Arrangements,, after that we ordered the food... As soon as the food came in front of us in few minutes, we liked it very much because the smell of the food, it's taste and its appearance were Very Good...👏👏 I would like to Rate this "special Restaurant (5 out of 5)" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because, I really liked its Service, Food and Atmosphere.... 🤭Most of all I liked her face, voice and behavior of the girl sitting at the counter....
