The first floor here gives you a beautiful view of the Mall Road. The Food here is as good as available in any other outlet.

But when it comes up to space, Its not very spacious and you may have to wait a long for seats during rush hours. Another major problem is that due to lack of space the Customer service is not too good. Your order may be very late. And due to cold climate sometimes you are eating hard cheese, which is not satisfying at all. The presentation is good as usual. Once you find a good seat in there, You will have a pleasant time. Talking about the value of money, you can definitely try some other place. Due to slow service you mostly have eat cold pizza. No body likes this I guess!

I have been their customer from the past 15 years and there's just one thing i would say about them: Domino's Pizza Shimla isn't the same anymore. Used to be the best eating outlet known for their commendable delivery times and service in the past. In comparison to other Domino's outlets across India, this outlet was the best. Now, they are just a bunch of arrogant, high headed staff who bother least about customer preference. All they are concerned about is earning money without realising the fact that customer satisfaction will give them the same. I would highly recommend using Swiggy or Zomato to find other restaurants in Shimla and completely ignore this pizzeria if you value your money, time, taste buds...
