I’ve been a regular customer and often order cakes from here because they’re truly delicious, and the quality of ingredients is usually excellent. However, my recent experience with a customized cake was disappointing. While the cake tasted good, the presentation and overall appearance were quite average and didn’t justify the price.

Another concern was the delivery. I usually request delivery through a delivery service, which they have always arranged smoothly in the past. This time, however, I wasn’t informed about which service was being used and ended up paying nearly double the usual delivery cost. This lack of coordination felt unprofessional and could have been easily avoided with better communication.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with both the presentation and more importantly the service this time. I hope they take this feedback constructively, as I’ve always appreciated their quality in the past — but I’ll have to reconsider before placing...
