Blind chemistry.., such a fancy named restaurant at jubilee hills. The ambience is quite pretty with jhulla seating and it has a pretty decor the friendly staff followed by all precautions and safety precautions. Coming to the food!.., We had a California shooter, tropical drinks and cold coffee here is must try As a starters we had Corn cheese balls these are bound with corn and cheese breaded and fried golden served with a sauce and tasted so soft and creamy Chicken cubes: chicken is marinated with delicious indian masalas and deep fried are delicious Next we had a chicken wings platter included with peri peri chicken wings, chilli garlic wings, smoked BBQ wings and tenyaki wings all were super tasty and lip smacking Peri peri chicken was a pan fried with bread crumbs seasoned with peri peri sauce and this was my fav one Volcano prawns are fried prawns are tossed with South indian masalas and tasted good Smoked chicken quesadilla these are oven cooked tortillas filled with onion and capsicum with chicken cubes Peri peri chicken pizza was a grilled peri peri chicken with dry oregano and freseca and well presented good with good taste Chicken makhani sandwich this was too good and loved one it was a 3 Layered bread slices filled with pan fried and marinated chicken and makhani spread onion and capsicum Chicken pesto pasta was tossed with pasta sauce, veggies and chicken and served with roasted with basil leaves can be more better in taste For main course we had Cfch chicken with garlic herb rice- The chicken was perfectly marinated and served with garlic herb rice which was so perfect in taste Grilled paneer with ghee rice- the paneer was seasoned with peri peri and served with gher rice Irish lamb rice bowl- lamb meat was cooked with carrots and potatoes served with steamed rice nd it can be even more better After having a perfect lunch we had amazing dessert Chocolate pani puri- this was the one we all craved for all the ingredients uses are perfect and such mouth watering presentation Thank you team blind chemistry for a such a amazing lunch and...

Weekend lunch at blind chemistry Hyderabad

This place is really good to visit with friends and family it gives you positive vibes and i really recommend you to visit this place.

Let's talk about food let's start with some mocktail and milkshakes in mocktail we had California shooter, spicy mango and tropical delight.

Best mocktail i had at California shooter this was the best I ahd at blind chemistry guys then we had spicy mango which is my favourite and here it was amazing guys Because every where they can't make it proper but here it was perfect.

Then we had tropical delight which is also good at there place.

Then we had waffle shakes and it was mind-blowing guys they made it proper I recommend you you to try this guys .

Then we order starter in that we had wings platter, corn cheese balls, volcano prawns, chicken cubes, peri peri chicken pizza, chicken makhani sandwich and chicken pesto pasta.

Wings platter was lip smacking guys they have 3 to 4 varities of wings In that platter and it was the best wings platter guys.

Then we had corn cheese balls and volcano prawns. Corn cheese balls was made with corn and filled with cheese if you had hot it would be really great you feel that. Then we had volcano prawns guys prawns are the best in sea food every one know that but only if it is great and here it was guys.

Next peri peri chicken pizza and chicken makhani sandwich both were good in taste and quantity guys pizza I like most here it was crispy base and good in taste guys.

Time for main course in that we had chicken with garlic herb rice, grilled paneer with ghee rice.

The best main course we had that is chicken with garlic herb rice i really like this whenever I visit this place i definitely try this i recommend you to try guys.

Last but not least dessert time in that we had there famous chocolate Pani puri which is quite famous at this place try once guys.

Blind chemistry in hyderabad is so Colourful with all it's interiors. It is located in the heart of jubliee hills. I was so excited to visit this place and made multiple plans. The ambiance gave me the beach vibes the swings and those colorfulness was just littt. One of the best place visited in the recent times. Talking about service it's 5⭐. The staff was extremely well behaved. They have the blind series milkshakes made with Vanilla and two other flavours. We need to guess the other two flavours. If you guess it right you needn't pay for that milkshake. In fact it is the signature milkshake of this restaurant. We ordered Corn cheese balls which were so perfect. We had it little late after we got the order, even though it still tasted so perfect and was perfectly crunchy and the filling was so perfect with perfect amount of cheese and corn but it was bit heavy. But for cheese lovers it's nothing.😜 In mocktails and milkshakes we tried salted caramel waffle shake which was so good and had that perfect waffle flavour, watermelon crusher, I recommend spicy mango margarita for all the mago lovers. Veg twisted pizza was faultless and had cheese pull topped with bell peppers and stuffed with cheese, paneer corn which was real good. We also tried phyllo Paneer which is savoury masala paneer wrapped phyllo pastry and baked golden which had perfect flavour with the Paneer stuff and was served on the Tomato flavoured sauce which tasted absolutely delicious. Also tried Spicy paneer pasta which was so spicy but when compare to other dishes this needs little improvement according to me.
