Bluefox Madhapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am a regular at blue fox Kompally. I automatically assumed that the food quality would be a standard across their locations. How wrong I was. In fact I felt like was eating at a street side bandi . 0) the board outside the building said BAR and restaurant. But they don’t have license. So did not get beer. At least I thought let me get ginger ale. Not available . They should first remove the board and stop fleecing customers

1. chicken 65 felt like only aatta . Hardly any chicken. And no taste at all. Disappointed since it was costliest item.
2. asked for Shanghai roll parcel but not available. It is one dish that is fresh and very tasty and always there in Kompally. But not here.
3. chicken dum biryani felt like plain bagara rice. Zero taste. The meat was so hard and dry it seems they use the oldest hens in the market 🙄.
4. I thought let me enjoy the mirchi ka Salan . But it was pathetic. Watery with no taste.
5. I told the waiter about my unhappy experience. He went and never came back but only for Bill. 6)I expected at least they will make me happy with a dessert. But no, they didn’t even ask me🤦‍♂️. I didn’t bother them more.

Note - the one star in food was for the waitress who suggested I can go to Avasa...

Pathetic experience on new year eve. Me n my wife planned for lunch and i invited my colleague's family to join us. We were one of the early customers at the restaurant and placed order for special chicken biryani for my colleague. Even after about an hour of ordering biryani was not served. We reminded the staff every now and then but it fell on deaf ears. My colleague's spouse asked for a cold drink whcih was served 20 mins later. To our utter disappointment the biryani that was brought was plain cold and the saalan along it was a rotten one. It surely could be the previous days'. The staff cited reason being a busy day when clearly there were vacant chairs seen. Fellow customers at other tables were also seen complaining about delayed service and tepid cuisines. I felt very sorry for bringing my wife and my colleague's family to this place.

My sincere feedback to the restaurant management....please lock down your restaurant on special days... You certainly can't run this business with this...

This is my second visit to blue fox with my brother who came from UK . We went there for our birthday celebration on 14th March 2016. No one on arrival to get table for 8 Pple... We find our way. Then we order food which took more 45 mins .. It was partially crowded with more people around is consuming alcohol .. Stewards paying more attention to them.. As a our food lying for more than 20 mins..with no one to serve us... Biryani was cold and pathetic food taste as it was pale with no taste....delivery and services is a big no for families to dine at this place... At the end we got bill which was way beyond than we imagine... Only thoughts could have been better off gone to some local dhabas where u get good food and value for money and good customer service...! Even though at exit we complaint staff who seem to look like they were least bothered.... Personal recommendation dine at your risk...ill will never... Too pricy and bad...
