Immature service. The staff work as if they have no policy adherence and work under their own governance. On two separate visits we absolutely unexpected response. The first time they denied availability of items from menu in a questionable manner. And in the next visit we were waiting to place an order but the staff members were busy chit-chatting with eachother near the cold drink dispenser and both the Tills were left unattended with one another family also waiting to be heard.
