Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Nice place to meet up with friends and colleagues. Even to discuss business. The place was gearing up for an event and the staff were really busy is decorating up the place. Some anniversary event on 26th November. There was a flaw that destroyed the flavour of visiting this particular outlet. There was no balance in the work flow leading to the normally piping hot coffee being served a little bit dull and it became cold fast. The food served also was a bit too cold. Just a suggestion for all outlets, good you have customers or clients celebrating events at your place but don't forget the people that step in for a quick bite or a quick sip of coffee. Wanted to spend some good time with my girlfriend. But we did not get a good atmosphere. Ambiance is completely neglected. The place is kinda suffocating. Food and beverages are below average. We've ordered iced americano, and Belgium hot chocolate consistency is very thick and slurry tecture. It is better to eat rather than drinking and paneer roll, which is half cooked and no salt. Taste is not up to the mark what We've expected. Service was too bad. Staff guy forced us to take the paneer roll, which is not our list. But still, we added to our list to give a shot. I just ordered your food from your café through swiggy and it was beyond my imagination and unexpected. Had ordered 1cocoa pastry and 2non veg sandwiches. Pastry was however okay but the sandwiches were horrible. I even didn't feel like eating. Never ever in my life had I experienced such bad food from Café Coffee Day. And you people are so humble enough that you don't even bother to give your contact that works. I've been trying to call and the number doesn't work. I'm really having second thoughts on Hyderabad's Café coffee day... You should ban your restaurant here, if you can't handle...
