Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Staff is very rude. Generally I come here 2 to 3 times a week to work. Though the location is good. But the staff is very rude. Since I stay for long for every order I make they ask me to pay the bill. If I say I am staying for long and I will pay the bill for whole amount in one go at the time of my leaving. The staff becomes very rude. They are shouting at me and command me to pay the bill then and there. If I sit at my place in cafe without ordering anything they switch off the ac and wait till I make and pay for the order. It's so unprofessional. On top of that this placed is swamped with flies and they least care about that. Even so that flies fall into our coffee and tea that we order.i will never suggest this place to anyone who wants to work or come to this place for chill out...

This is one of the oldest running CCD in the city, and personally this is a place I liked to go many a times just to relax, unwind and take a break.

But it was shocking to see this place infested with cockroaches. I had seen 5 in a while it took me to pay and collect my drink. I was telling the guy at the counter that I saw few near the sink and he denied initially but didn’t have a chance to accept when one crawled in the menu before him. He said it will take 2 days to do pest control.

To save this guy from embarrassment, I ordered a drink and took a sip. But felt so disgusted with the thought of roaches crawling, so ended up dumping my berry drink once I was out. Can I get my drink please? Happy to come back and collect if pest control is done.

Not a good experience this time. We ordered for a chocolate fantasy along with their Belgian chocolate drink. Chocolate fantasy is one of my fav pastry there so no complaints about that but their Belgian chocolate drink was an utter disaster. There was no taste and all it had was crushed ice. The staff was not able to whip up the cream on this drink as shown in the marketing pics behind their counter, we still accepted the drink but we're only disappointed. We shared our experience with the staff but they said that they are trained to make it this way only. No service recovery at all, we just left the drink as it is and left from the place. Hope the staff gets trained to deal with customer dissatisfaction and do something about it like...
