UPDATE INCLUDED PEOPLE DON'T GO THIS BRANCH OF KFC (read the comment if you have time)
My order number is 22798429. Placed on 11.11.2020 Time to pick up 11:15pm
Food quality was same but I would attach some photos please have a look at those. Let me tell u people what happened, I placed a pickup order at 10:26am to take away at 11:15pm. Till here everything was going good .
I reached to pickup at 11:08 pm they asked me to say my name and items in the order, one of the lady who was wearing a mask and gloves at that time was called by other lady who was not wearing mask nor gloves and they were discussing that order receipt didn't generate automatically. I was told order would take some time, I asked them how much time would it take they told me 10 mins. At that time I was observing the staff none of them wore masks nor gloves except one gentleman and one lady, the lady was in full protection but sir only had gloves and mask was on his chin and was simply roaming around. I kept quiet waiting them to wear the masks. I have seen an incident that the lady who was cooking brought some iron container with water from her hand dripping in and out of it which was disgusting and she also didn't wear a mask nor gloves.
At 11:18 I reached and asked them how much time would it take the lady at the counter told me 5min. I was waiting and saw another disgusting thing happen some of the pincers fell down which are used to move the hot chicken, I could see the floor wet and someone cleaning it but the lady who I stated to wear the protection just picked them and kept them on top again without washing then, I couldn't digest it, but then I still kept quiet.
At 11:28 I went to the counter with anger on my face and told them if it would take more than the promised time why would I order it and come for pickup, to my surprise the lady neither apologize she did not even give me an estimate time at that point and simple kept quiet . By that time she was wearing the mask but not gloves. I controlled my anger and kept quite. I was just observing what's happening my order was packed without wearing gloves which is not at all acceptable.
I finally received the order at 11:34 but the time to pickup was around 11:15. I kept calm and walked away saying "Thank you ma'am".
After reaching home I observed that generally the classic zinger will be packed in a separate box but which was not done to both the zingers one in box meal and one individual one and were just wrapped in paper. The hash brown was completely drenched in oil, the oil was oozing out when I was going to take a bite as shown in the pictures. All these incidents made me feel disgusting and I trashed my order directly without even looking at the what else is good.
At this point of time when whole world is battling Corona virus we feel to eat something flavourful but if this is how it is served with no protection, no one would ever come back. You lost a loyal customer KFC.
Point to note.- The lady didn't sanitise her hands while packing my order and was not wearing a gloves either.
I am seriously disappointed. Will never return to "KFC HYDERABAD-JNTU METRO ". Shame on their part and shame on the part of the franchise owner...
I would seriously like to receive a call back from the manager.
UPDATE : The restaurant manager Mr.Vijay who was in charge (coincidentally appointed today itself) came in contact with me and requested me to visit the branch later he apologized and promised me it wont happen again. I am quite impressed by the response got from the manager which is appreciable act by him. He was genuine by heart. One can easily rely on him and visit the branch again with full confidence. He assured me that he will take action against the people involved and train them under his supervision.

This store has very less seating space, it is in a metro station so that is small, it is fine and considerable but there service is really bad, i have never expected that they made me wait for 40 mins I have asked the staff for 3 times with patience and but they stopped responding Me after 1 time, later i started screaming on them but even after that the persons who are working seemed that they dont even bother about their customers, i also thought of mentioning names of the people who are taking orders but i forgot them, food was not pre cooked and is not ready to serve. even after Receiving my order they have not started cooking my order,when i asked them about my order after 30 mins then they started cooking and all this was when the store was not completely occupied and the orders were not like tooo many i dont know how would they manage if they had lot of customers at a time, later when i have received my order it was not completely cooked, after my 40 mins of wait food taste was worst no satisfaction and also i have found an insect in my fries That is too disappointing i have attached the image below as well but that actually does not look like an 🦟 insect in the image. In the time when i was dining i have observed that the staff are giving wrong orders to people i have heard 3-4 customers complaining about there orders i feel like the staff are not trained even till there intermediate stages, some staff does not even care when customers are calling them. Many random customers visit here with high frustration because the order didn't reach them even after 4-5hours.
Even the pieces size was very small when compared to other KFC with same taste.
These guys do intentional Scam on online orders, till now I ordered for more then 50 times through online, every time they miss items like When I ordered large popcorn, they sent regular popcorn (small). When I ordered 8 wings, they sent only 4 wings. When I ordered leg pieces they sent wings. When I ordered peri peri strips and large popcorn, they sent only peri peri strips. and this list goes on.... When I visited them about this, they replied as the staff was new. But I am not sure since 1 year they are new.
