Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Haldiram has spread over and has many outlets in Hyderabad now. We visited the outlet located in the Asian Satyam Mall in Ameerpet. This is a very small outlet and the food is probably sourced from a central kitchen. We were forced to order Paneer Tikka masala rice as Chhole Bhature was out of stock. The PTM rice had cold and hard rice which was not fresh. Even the Raj kachori had an unfresh taste to it. This was around peak time at 9.15 in the evening. Haldiram should now concentrate on quality rather than increasing the number of outlets beyond capacity...

Poor service.. had ordered online with specific instructions not to add dahi.. also had placed order for Cham Cham, they delivered rasgulla.. what is the point in mentioning instructions and specific items from menu if the restaurant does what...
