BRM Bhavani Hotel — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Disgusting, that's my first impression about this place. As we went on a Sunday noon, it was over crowded and people are all over. The management has clearly failed to organize this properly and all they're looking for is to mint money. Like many people said, the food they serve is always cold and moreover, the place is completely unhygienic. Since it is a buffet system, people are contaminating the food and making the place filthy. I noticed people simply leaving or throwing food. Lots of food wastage and one can't do anything about it. I could hardly find a place to even stand and eat. People cough, sneeze what not and it's not at all a nice environment to be there let alone having food. Many families came with kids as there is a high chance of spreading viruses and infections and people may fall sick with unhygienic surroundings and food. I'm not sure how crowded it is on weekdays but the idea crossing over the mind to visit this place on weekends itself is scary. Overall, nothing good about this place and the food taste is below average. Though it's bit expensive, I prefer kakateeya restaurant any day over this as the food is simply amazing there.

We recently ordered food for small gathering at home. The food quality was average and the service is pathetic.

They do not lift phones and no proper response from their end. Continuous follow up is mandatory no ownership taken.

We were chasing from 1 week to do the payments, confirm the order and understand the menu.

At the end, had to go down personally just 1 day before to place the order. Post that, on the day we had the gathering food arrived late. No information given in advance by when will it be sent. Had to do multiple calls to get the right answer.

Least bothered from the organisers perspective as we do not know when the food will be delivered which keeps you in an anxious mode. Customer...

It's a nice pure veg and a Budget friendly hotel. They offer a variety of items. Neatly maintained and systematic as well. Earlier it was 99₹, but as on date, they are charging 129₹ per plate which is reasonable. The taste is good. The menu varies each day. However, the usage of too much garlic in most of the items is something that they can avoid. It dominates over everything. Everything else is very good. They use good quality items and the staff there are helpful. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Everything is maintained neat and clean. The location is also very easily accessible.
