Worst experience. Worst staff at shaikpet branch. As it was Sunday we thought of having pleasure ful breakfast. So we visited the shaikpet Hari dosa branch, near falcon valley colony. We thought of having upstairs in family section as the ground floor was full. Upstairs it was so dirty and unhygienic. It seems it was not cleaned for several months. Then the staff who was having breakfast upstairs informed there is no service upstairs. So we went down and ordered for a parcel. We were standing near the counter for nearly 40 mns, but no one brother to pack the parcel and give us. The staff are so lazy. Especially the bald head serving young guy. He was laughing when we were getting out of patience. Please take care of this branch, as the food is good, but the hygiene and hospitality is very bad. Hope this will be taken...
