Jackie's Patisserie & Cafe — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is probably the most underrated place in Hyderabad. The food is extremely delicious.😍

So, me and my family reached this place and no other customer was there. We were a lil skeptical about it but after 20 mins people started coming.

Talking about the food, there wasn't a single dish which wasn't good. EVERY DAMN DISH WAS COOKED SO DAMN WELL! TASTED SO HOMELY AND DELICIOUS! I'm literally drooling over every dish I ordered.

I ordered crispy corn, chicken spring rolls, loose fried prawns, ginger chicken and veg fried rice.

Crispy corn was totally the USP of this place. It tasted amazing! It was crispy and flavours were so perfectly balanced.👌

Veg fried rice and ginger chicken were balancing each other's flavours. They were perfect when served together.💯

Loose fried prawns were a surprise. I don't usually like prawns but this had my heart.❤

The people were very kind and sweet there. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the service time but the food was expectionally well and this is the reason why I'm rating this place 5/5.

Very unprofessional baker. We placed an order 2 weeks ahead of Xmas. First she refused to accept it despite us making payment stating she hasn't gotten a message, even as we shared the payment reciept. Eventually when she did agree she did not prepare the order and did not refund the excess amount and kept claiming she has large orders and so she is busy. If one can't take orders, they must not commit before hand and block customers money and make them travel across the city to be rejected. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Sometimes, more than the food it's the experience that matters. In other words, the goodness of the food doesn't reflect in the way orders are handled.

The cakes are too good. Honestly, they are the best. I loved it but the hassles to make the order was too much.
