It feels classy yet warm, perfect for a special dinner or a quiet celebration. The staff is equally impressive—attentive, polite, and always ready with thoughtful recommendations. People often mention staff members like Shekar and Prashanth for making them feel right at home.

Now, the food. The Galouti Kebabs are an absolute highlight—so soft they practically melt in your mouth. Undoubtedly one of the best meals I've had in a very long time in Hyderabad. Everything was excellent, even the meal quality and service! For the last few of our visits, Sai Bhaskar, Prashanth Shekar, and Anmol have taken care of us.

Chef Mahendra Singh Needs a Special Mention! Truly unsung hero at this place. Making sure Every guest is very well fed and taken care with his food.

From welcoming us to recommending us through the menu has been very warm and great. Have been to Kebabs & Kurries thrice in the last two weeks and it has turned out to be my go to place and family's favourite!

While walking into this amazing restaurant, the open kitchen and pulling of the kebabs from the tandoor to apply butter is just awe to watch!

Taking back to the richness in the culinary world and showcasing the different Indian cooking techniques. The Daal Bhukara , Omg! You can just eat it as it's own. Never had I ever had it like that!

From Warqi Parantha to Beetroot Kebab and Biryani. Everything was cooked to it perfection until the last bite of the meal which makes One to come back .

Can't miss Biryani , when in Hyderabad. Probably one of the best biryanis again in Hyderabad where the rice is cooked till it's perfection or meat is tender and falling off.

Falooda is must try for the right amount of sweetness and rabri that goes into the falooda makes one just slurp it!

Attention to Detail from Service to Food is what one can see here!

ITC Kakatiya has a signature restaurant, a centrally -located address for healthy and succulent food that will cater to your gastronomic needs. The restaurant is quite spacious, ergonomically designed, and strict Covid19 protocols are implemented. Well-groomed boys and Yetin, the restaurant manager armed with Chef Mahendar, will not disappoint your expectations. Rakesh Ghai, the executive chef, empowered them well to manage the guest care management domain.

You can demand whether the food to be cooked in olive oil if you so wish. If you need some cuisines that are not on the menu, the chef obliges. The restaurant is barbecue specialized, and the food is cooked in the country charcoal-based oven using the least of oil. Sekhar, Antony and Zaki are here to pamper you with a wide choice of Indian and imported liquor which adds a new dimension to the dining experience. ITC Kakatiya, a Welcome Group Hotel, is patronized by in-house guests and walk-in customers. A wide choice of vegetarian dishes made out of exotic vegetables and beetroot cutlet takes pride in the place. The ala carte menu offers take- away services. Advance booking is advised, and one can specify the time of delivery. When I needed my dinner at 7 p. m., the moment I took my seat, they served the food. On the veg starters I would recommend the Labgeer. The paneer in the paneer starters is not in the same league as you can easily find in North India. On the deserts the kulfi and falooda desert options are decent (safe option to try)...the Khubani Chenna is something you could experiment with.
