Disappointing Experience with Security Concerns & Poor Service
As usual, I walked into the restaurant, requested a table, and sat down. Following the current trend of paperless menus, I scanned the QR code expecting to browse the menu. However, I was immediately surprised when the link directed me to a site without an active security certificate. Ignoring the warning, I proceeded, only to be redirected to WhatsApp. Concerned, I asked a staff member about this issue, and to my shock, they confirmed that this was the only way to access the menu. When I inquired about a physical menu, they stated none were available.
As I tried to explain that this was not a secure or standard method, a staff member went ahead and tapped "Open WhatsApp" on my phone without my consent. This raised serious concerns about data privacy, but none of the employees seemed to understand or acknowledge the issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one present, and all employees claimed they had no knowledge of data protection policies.
The second surprise came when I finally accessed the menu—poorly designed and missing several items. Frustrated, I asked for assistance, and a senior staff member verbally listed out the menu options instead. To avoid further confusion, I simply ordered butter naan and chicken tikka.
Despite my repeated requests to remove my phone number from their database, a staff member identifying as a "captain" finally arrived. Instead of addressing my concern, he defended their system by stating that even five-star hotels use WhatsApp for menu access. I found this absurd—any reputable establishment would invest in a proper digital menu platform. When I pressed the issue, he responded with a vague suggestion to "review the service" rather than taking any action. Adding to the irony, when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. It was baffling to see that they were perfectly fine collecting customer information without consent but were unwilling to share their own identity when asked. Also, the whatsapp contact does not allow to take any screenshot.
I strongly urge the management to reconsider this approach. Using a third-party service at the cost of customer data privacy is unacceptable. Ironically, the restaurant seemed fine with using paper for everything else except the menu, which felt immature.
Food & Billing Issues
Without being asked, we were served two bottles of water branded with the restaurant’s name. Assuming this was a marketing tactic, we didn’t object—until the bill arrived and we were charged for them. When I questioned this, the staff repeated their usual response: "We are just employees." If I recall correctly, Indian regulations state that a branded product cannot be sold separately.
As for the food, the chicken tikka was overly salty and overpriced for the portion size. I had to specifically request less salt for my next order.
Overall, this experience was disappointing—not just because of the security concerns, but also due to poor service, a confusing menu system, and questionable billing practices. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary...

I visited this restaurant after seeing their “Happy Hours 4–7 PM – 30% Off” promotion. Based on that, I thought the pricing would be reasonable, like in most other restaurants. But I was completely wrong. The prices here are exorbitant. A single Chicken Biryani costs ₹439 and a plate of Chicken 65 costs ₹459. Just for these two items, my total bill came to ₹943. You will get a full size family pack biriyani with other starters at this price outside.
The portion size does not match the cost at all. The Chicken Biryani had very small leg pieces and was nowhere close to what you would expect at this price. The Chicken 65 portion was equally disappointing – hardly enough for one person. For the amount charged, the quality and quantity were both unacceptable.
After eating, I checked the Google reviews and realized many of them seem suspiciously positive. I strongly feel that a lot of those reviews might be managed by the restaurant itself, because my experience was completely different.
This place feels misleading – using offers to attract customers, but charging extremely high prices for very small portions. Definitely not value for money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a genuine dining experience.
They strongly oppose if you want to use Swiggy or zomato dining offers because they don't want payment via their apps. It's completely fraud restaurant, I fee I got scammed. But there was no option at that time, so we had to adjust by eating there.
Don't visit this restaurant. Thank...
