As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new dining experiences that tantalize the taste buds and leave a lasting impression. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant , and I must say, it was an experience to remember.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The hostess welcomed me with a warm smile and promptly escorted me to my table, where I was promptly greeted by my server. Food Quality: Of course, no dining experience is complete without delicious food, and in this department, this restaurant certainly delivers. The buffet offered an impressive array of dishes to choose from, ranging from classic comfort foods to exotic international cuisine. However, it was the starters that truly stole the show for me. Read moreWe,a group of 11 people visited there this Friday. As we were a big group and they have a private section separately, I have requested them to arrange the settings in that private zone as it was too crowded. They first of all didnot care to what I said. The washrooms are beyond my explanations, it's a narrow passage, 2 wash basins and one dirty washroom for girls and one for boys. For girls I would never recommend to use the washrooms. Coming to the main part, there were staffs from Odisha and West Bengal, being a Bengali I was talking to them nicely, but from the beginning they were complaining to me about my team members who went with me for lunch. Among all those staffs, one was there named Ashok. He was continuously into Religion, Caste, Politics etc. We were least interested in conversing with him but he was hovering into our team conversation and while serving non veg in the table continuously he was discriminating non vegetarians and Brahmins and Religion and Odias. This guy while we did not even finish eating came and asked us to leave as it was their closing time. We also understand that's their closing time, but when you are serving someone and someone's eating that's out of basic etiquettes to ask them to leave, if we would have been sitting idly after finishing lunch and he asks us to leave that wasn't a matter of concern. His behaviour was just tremendously negative. Our team was very much surprised to see and observe a weird staff like him. Manager was least bothered about anything, just asked us is everything fine or not! Coming to taste... The worst barbe I have ever had, I would generously recommend people to choose AB's or Barbecue nation or Sahib's Barbecue but never ever barbecue holic. The prawns and fish were so much barbecued that it looked like cockroach, the prawns were totally dry and felt like chewing a Nataraj Eraser. Coming to ambience.... Too much congested, very narrow tables, the barbecue oven's heat directly hits our face sitting nearby to the grill. Washrooms are not good to use at all. No tissue papers no handwash. No cold water bottles available, in drinks only they have virgin mojito that's only made with a blue syrup and lemon and mint, that tastes as Mentos mixed in water. Overall the worst barbecue I have ever had and Namashkar to Mr.Ashok who let me down for talking to him friendly in Bengali in front of my whole team. Request to the owner of barbecue holic please check and verify and select your staffs wisely, otherwise discriminations and judgements are not good to be served at table in matter of caste religion veg/non veg, God/Allah and Brahmins non Brahmins. He works in AMB mall in some store so may be that gives him a confidence to be so adamant in nature and not having a fear of losing a job or complains against him. Please take care of staffs and food...
Read moreAdding this review lately but much needed to save people from spoiling their Corporate team outings. I'm a non vegetarian and let me take you all with my food experience in Barbeque holic Started with a sugary pink welcome drink - pink colored sugar water nothing else. Better to not have it Crispy Corn - Strictly avoid, hard fired sprinkled with chilli powder and salt. Me ended up packing this crispy corn in a piece of tissue paper. Straight to dustbin 🗑️. Cajun Potato - A salty piece of potato, straight to 🗑️ So called Sea-food starter - Existing me for my first non-veg starter, turns out taste like a potato. Confused me checked with my other folks and all said same it's a potato. But there menu card and waiter will tell you it's a mixed seafood starter. Enjoy!! The half heated grills are ready to serve you with fish, prawns & chicken. Each 2 feet long steel BBQ sticks comes with a little 2-3 pieces of half cooked starters. That start looking for heat to get fully cooked but as patience die, we end up eating the half cooked - cold starters itself, only to taste salted chicken, tasteless fish and somewhat okay prawns. Told waiter to bring some seekh kababs - He was quick and this does tastes better than all but still dry. When everything is so bad, you start perceiving a lesser bad food as good. After we are so frustrated and done with starters we headed to Main course. We all know how main course will be at any BBQ but let me warn you again, it's worse than you think. I don't want to go in details here. All I could have and but okay was roti and curry. Most items were cold served Desserts - a dry jalebi, gulab jamun and ice cream and other small muffins, pudding etc. nothing to like just some random options. Live counters - these are dangerous from all, try at your own risk. Pizza, pasta, panipuri, dahi-puri.. your Covid experiments at home turns out better than these. They will charge you service charge at 10% and if you catch them they will tell you it's a service tip for waiters and only a choice. They forgot that tip is something they should ask not put on the bill without knowledge of customer.
Overall, it's too bad experience. Highly recommend to avoid at all cost. It's not even worth 10% of what you paid.
Even waiter asked one of us to provide our mobile so they can review themselves. So all the 5 star ratings you see with specially waiter names are basically fake. They deserve negative stars and should possibly close it instead of playing with people celebrating moments.
Please don't expect photos from here.. you won't feel like clicking one after all this frustration.
Good Luck, Guys!! If you are out of new options to plan buffet and planning...
