Read moreThis was by far the worst clubbing experience Iâve ever had, and the blame lies squarely with the ownerâs shocking arrogance and lack of respect for guests.
On September 12th, I called to reserve a table for 8 people. I was very clear that I wanted a table in front of the DJ. Kamal from the staff confirmed the booking for the evening of September 13thânot once, but twice (including a reconfirmation call on the day of the event).
When we reached the venue, we were suddenly told that those tables were already reserved and were instead offered a tiny corner table in isolationâthis, while the club was literally empty. Things only got worse when the owner himself came over. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he arrogantly told us, âWe canât help you. If you want to stay, stay. Else, leave.â That is not hospitalityâitâs outright disrespect.
As if that wasnât enough, he went on to demand 1 lakh rupees if we wanted the DJ-side table that was supposedly âreserved.â Imagine being told to pay an absurd amount just to sit at a table you were already promised. To top it off, he offered us a cramped spot near the restroom passage for 8 people. The entire interaction was humiliating and made it very clear that the owner values ego over guests. (We literally made a bill of 24k within 1 hour at this place, if we wouldâve stayed then easily we would have crossed 1 lakh but because of the owners attitude we thought why not give the money to someone who deserves it)
It was only when another staff member stepped in that we were offered a table behind the bar, but by then the damage was done. The ownerâs rude, dismissive, and hostile behavior completely killed the vibe. We ended up leaving the party halfway and moving to AIR LIVE, where the hospitality and energy were leagues better.
My advice: If youâre going out with family, friends, or especially women, avoid this place. The owner does not deserve your business. There are many clubs in the city that actually know how to treat paying guests with respectâthis is not...
Read moreHonestly, the food was really good, the vibe is good but certain things made the experience bitter and that's why I'm giving it 1 star.
Bad experiences: the crowd is not decent. Some uncles were making videos of gals dancing. Management doesn't monitor all this.
They have themself listed on dineout and Zomato with offers upto 30% discount on the total bill. But they add a 10% service charge (s c) We requested them to remove the s c as our bill was 8k and the s c by itself was around 750 rs. When we asked them to remove it, they said, we will only allow you to pay on dineout or Zomato only if you pay the service charge. This didn't seem very fair. They didn't give us the discount that we were entitled to as we would have bought dineout, Zomato subscriptions to get additional discounts on swiggy. We should report such restaurants on swiggy and Zomato so that they are aware of the scams.
They try to hide the service charges by not giving you a printed bill. They show the total bill amount on their phone and ask you to pay.
They only have small round tables for 2. No bigger tables. If there are more ppl in the group, they join multiple tables in a very crunched space.
The DJ was not that good.
Water bottles the MRP is 100 but they charge 150.
Mocktails come with huge blocks of ice. If you remove the ice, the glass is only half full. You can check the pictures for the difference.
Smoking is allowed inside
The good things about this place are : The food tastes good. The prices are expensive, each dish easily costs 600+ but the quantity is good for the price What we ordered: Drums of heaven - 4/5 Murgh angra tikka - very spicy 4/5 Thai kafirlime chicken - 4/5 Trio flavour fully loaded nachos - was full soggy didn't really get the flavour - 2/5 Tandoori chicken tikka - 4/5
They didn't have chicken ghee roast which they had on the menu
The vibe of the place is good. After 10 pm Bollywood songs are played, the...
