🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 McDonald's – Prasad’s IMAX Mall, Hyderabad Visited on: 17-05-2025

Hi all! Me and my friend visited our regular hangout spot – McDonald’s at Prasad’s IMAX Mall. We’re frequent visitors here, especially for their Iced Coffee and Cold Coffee.

What We Ordered: Iced Coffee (Regular)

Chocoholic Shake

Korean Veg Aloo Tikki Burger

Ambience & Seating: This place has a great vibe and huge seating capacity, which makes it ideal for chilling after a movie or a mall stroll. It’s always clean and well-maintained.

Staff Experience: The staff here are genuinely kind and helpful. They treat every customer with respect and attention. One great example—my friend noticed that the Korean sauce in the burger was less than expected. We informed the staff and they immediately took it back, fixed it in the kitchen, and returned it with the sauce properly added. Their attitude and service really impressed us. They even come around to ask if you’d like to place an additional order so they can bring it to your table—great customer service!

Taste & Feedback: Iced Coffee – as always, refreshing and perfect.

Chocoholic Shake – unfortunately, a bit of a letdown. It tasted too similar to Nestlé Milo, and didn’t feel like a premium shake.

Korean Veg Aloo Tikki Burger – once the sauce was corrected, it tasted great and flavorful.

Special Note – About Jugs vs Paper Cups: Earlier (in 2022–2023), McDonald's used to serve Iced Coffee and Cold Coffee in glass jugs, which we really loved. But from 2024 onwards, they’ve switched to paper cups, which honestly reduces the whole experience for us. We always request for the jug when available. On this visit, the staff were willing to serve in jugs, but the heat washer was damaged. We really appreciate their honesty and effort.

👉 Request to McDonald's: Please consider bringing back the glass jugs for Iced and Cold Coffee – it really makes a difference in customer...

Very bad behaviour of staff and special Abdul..Dear McDonald's Customer Service,

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your Imax location. One of the employees, Abdul, behaved very rudely towards me during my visit. I had placed an order for a Paneer Mela and waited for 30 minutes. When I requested fresh fries, Abdul responded in an unprofessional manner, telling me to come and take the fries myself, rather than ensuring proper service.

His behavior was disrespectful and reflected a lack of customer care, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. The overall service was slow, and the attitude displayed by Abdul was unacceptable. This incident left a negative impression on my experience, and I believe it needs to be addressed to ensure better service for all customers.

I hope that the management will take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future. I look forward to hearing how this situation...

Took Lemon ice tea today and they gave me 3/4 cup ice and 1/4 water and since I could taste only water I asked them to change it and instead give me green apple ice tea as I didn't want to have water again in the name of ice tea, and all this while I stressed on less ice in my cup. But I still got the same 3/4 cup ice and that got me freaking irritated. Came to have some good food and spend some good time with friends and it all got spoilt.I was in no mood to fight but have take snaps n video of what I got.However before leaving I checked with them on this pathetic service they said this is how it is and will give me a coke for free if not satisfied. No Mac D, coke is not the alternative when someone complains. Not sure if I can post the photos here as I don't see any attachments.
