"Ambience & Seating" The restaurant is relatively small, which makes it feel a bit congested during peak hours. While the seating arrangement was decent, the air conditioning was not up to the mark, which made the dining experience slightly uncomfortable.
"Food Quality & Variety"
"Vegetarian Dishes (3/10)" For vegetarians, the options were sufficient but the taste did not meet expectations. The flavors were average, lacking the richness and authenticity one would expect from a buffet offering. If you're a vegetarian looking for an exceptional culinary experience, this place might not be the best choice.
"Non-Vegetarian Dishes (6/10)" The non-vegetarian selection was much better in terms of taste and quality. Among the highlights, the chicken tikka and seekh kabab were flavorful and well-cooked. The mutton curry was another standout dish that I would recommend to meat lovers. However, the seafood options were quite disappointing, particularly the crab, which was poorly prepared and lacked taste.
"Sweet Dishes & Extras (6/10)" The dessert section was one of the best aspects of the meal. The variety and taste of the sweets were quite good. Additionally, the extra items such as chaat, sushi, pani puri, pizza, and pasta added an interesting mix to the buffet experience. These items were well-prepared and enhanced the overall dining experience.
"Service & Overall Experience" The service was decent, though the restaurant could improve in terms of responsiveness and attention to detail. The staff was polite, but due to the small space and crowd, it took some time to get refills or assistance.
"Final Ratings" Vegetarian Food: 3/10 Non-Vegetarian Food: 6/10 Sweet Dishes & Extras: 6/10 Ambience & Comfort: 5/10 Service: 4/10
"Final Verdict" Flechazo is a good option for non-vegetarians who enjoy a buffet with a variety of choices. However, if you’re looking for great vegetarian options, this might not be the best place. Seafood lovers might also be disappointed. The restaurant could improve its space management and air conditioning to provide a more comfortable dining experience. Overall, it’s worth a visit if you enjoy trying different dishes in a buffet setting, but with certain expectations in mind.
"Would I visit again?" Maybe, but mainly for the non-veg and...
Read moreThis rating and review is based upon my dining experience here (lunch buffet) on 18 April 2023. #LateReview I'm listing out the pros and cons 👇🏻
Pros :
Great ambience and good hygiene. I was impressed by the bright atmosphere as soon as I entered into this restaurant. I even liked the music. The playlist felt energetic! 🎶🫶🏻
The range of items is huge. You can treat yourself to a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items here including the Mongolian live counter, Russian salads, pizza and desserts like donut balls and stone ice-creams. I would recommend trying Island style crab curry once to seafood non-veg lovers. 🦀😋👌🏻
The waiter incharge of my table (Rohit) did a decent job. He was polite and courteous. He also recommended me to try few dishes and also described to me about few items which I had selected. 👏🏻😊
Cons :
My slot for lunch buffet was reserved for 1 PM. I had reached the place at the right time. But I was made to wait for atleast 15 to 20 minutes just because someone from the restaurant had to confirm in advance if the Dineout offer and payment via Dineout Pay was available. The concerned person later informed me that the restaurant is not supporting payment via Dineout Pay and the Dineout offer (flat 10% off on total bill) was unavailable. It felt disappointing because I had originally reserved my table on the Dineout app and I even received a booking confirmation with an ID. However, the restaurant offered me their own inaugural offer which was running instead of the Dineout offer. But still, I don't feel satisfied. 😑☹️
The speed of service could have been better. Though Rohit (the waiter incharge of my table) tried his best and did a good job, I feel the restaurant was a bit understaffed. For a happy solo diner like me, it took almost 2 and a half hours to finish my lunch which felt like a very long duration. 🥱
Finally, on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I am giving this place a 4-star rating. So, you can surely go and give...
Read moreMy recent visit to FLECHAZO, Kondapur, Hyderabad, left much to be desired, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience. Here’s a detailed account of why I was dissatisfied:
Service: The service was lackluster from the moment we arrived. The staff seemed disorganized and unattentive throughout the time. Moving on to the service, it was incredibly slow and inattentive. Plates were slow to be cleared, and requests for basic items were met with noticeable reluctance. Plates piled up on tables, and requests for refills or fresh utensils were met with slow responses. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of response from the supervisor when we raised our concerns. There was no effort made to rectify the situation or even acknowledge our dissatisfaction.
Food Quality: The food was a major disappointment. The quality was average. Except for the starters rest of the dishes lacked flavor and finesse, resulting in a disappointing, lackluster taste.
Ambiance: The ambiance did not make up for the other shortcomings. Overall, the atmosphere was not conducive to an enjoyable dining experience and making it feel more like a cafeteria than a cozy restaurant.
Hygiene: Finally, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables, plates and floors appeared unclean. In a time where hygiene is paramount, this was particularly disappointing.
Overall, my visit to FLECHAZO, Kondapur was underwhelming and left me with a negative impression. Considering the wide range of dining options available, I cannot justify returning to a restaurant that falls short on so many levels. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement. I would caution others seeking a delightful dining experience to explore other options...
