We found this place via google and we zeroed it as our son's 5th Bday party venue. Be it the play area or the party hall, every thing has been designed for the children to love being here. Every corner is very neat and clean. We loved the way this place is maintained by them. The staff here is ready to go extra mile to make our guest feel happy and comfortable. The care taker at the play area were taking utmost care of the kids so that no one felt left out, be it toddlers who may not be able to play by them selves. The serving staff was courteous and kind to take care of guests. Every one at the bday party was very happy, kids were happy playing and parents chit chatting with each other having delicious snacks and other eatables. The options for food items provided was to the like of both children and adults and was of excellent taste and high quality. We initially provided a expected count of 50 members but we had almost 85 guests, Holly Jolly managed the situation very well and at no point of time there was a chaos due to more number of guests. I recently called Holly Jolly Play area to inquire about their current status and received confirmation that it was open with entry allowed. Excitedly, we headed there with my baby for her first visit. However, upon arrival, we were informed that due to a birthday party, they couldn't accommodate us as the place was crowded.

This unexpected turn of events was disappointing, especially for my baby who was looking forward to the experience. It's disheartening when a confirmed arrangement falls through, causing inconvenience. I suggest better coordination between staff to avoid such situations.

The play area for kids is amazing. My nephew had an amazing time. The staff were helpful. The ladies in the playzone took care of the kid. The place is equipped with 8 to 10 different playzones. A suitable place for 2 to 5-year-old kids. If you are a working individual, you can take your kid, and the staff at this place will take care whilst you attend to calls or do your office work in the attached cafe area. The place offers unlimited play area access or hourly-based access for the kids. The food at this place is reasonable and good. The place is hygienic.
