Worst experience ever. I have been for 2 times never satisfied with their service..first time when I have given my scooter for service they may be tried to open the the nut inside the dikki wrong direction and it got stuck they said it has done by my previous service center did this so it need to be cut to remove it. There was no other way and I became agree for that and they charge me, also said some other things need to be done ..I did all and got good amount of bill, once I took my scooter found few things not done properly again I took my scooter to fix it... second time also same unsatisfied with the service..when I went for second time executive asked whether if I have done any accident or not as front side murgurd came out and it touching to wheel, need to be fix..when I was sure it can't be happen as I am the only one who use this scooter and I didn't do any accident though I ask to fix also they said if I will do whole body alignment it will be good will run smoothly without any kind of noise so I thought to done that also. When I got delivered my scooter at evening didn't check much as it was evening low light there I drove my scooter for one days and found some noise coming from backside wheel, so I checked some rubber sheet touching it which is hanging ..not sure why it's hanging also found body alignment not done properly so not set equally both side and few screw also missing for that so lower gurd not set tightly and it is shaking..generally we to service center with a mind set that mechanic will be skilled and experienced but seems all unskilled guys doing servicing. It is like they do charge for specialist but give service from low skilled guy. Even there was another guys who also did body alignment he also found fittings not done proper, but service center Executive will insist you to take that service..it seems instead of alignment they just tight few screw and charge for huge amount..SO GUYS PLEASE NEVER VISIT TO Vaishnavi Honda kondapur branch.. very...

If you are finish free service vouchers, it is far better to go a road side mechanic or a mechanic near to ur home. There you can watch what is happening to your bike, how they are resolving, if any any parts need to be replaced they will buy from market, not theft from next vehicle like happening in service centers. one day they might theft from your vehicle too. Believe me this happened to me personally. Before going to service center few of my mate warned this, but i ignored them so i face it personally.
when you drop your vehicle at service center they will take your vehicle to garage, there will be tens of vehicles like yours. when you gave complaint they will check about particular part and lift from next vehicle what ever you need. they will lift from your vehicle what ever part next vehicle need. you will pay the bill for that day. then they will call you to check about vehicle condition after servicing. if you realize in a day that the part missed from your bike, you will go back to the service center, then will ask you a part need to be replaced, do you know what is inside your bike? and functionality? definitely NO. so they charged for that part again. they charge from next bike also as they replaced your part to that bike. finally you(A) and B are fooled by service center. even though if you drop complaints they will teach you mechanical Engineering but no use. These are franchisees, while these people getting vehicles from head office by lorries, few them of got damaged and parts broken etc. When store manager call Head Office, they will say replace the parts and sell. Who will bare those money? it's YOU. you and me going to them as goats to make fool by them.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the recent service experience I had at your Vaishnaoi Honda specially in Kondapur branch for my Honda Activa 125 Disc.
I had submitted my vehicle for an insurance claim due to a minor road accident, primarily involving painting work. The service team informed me that the work would take approximately 10 days, and I handed over the vehicle accordingly.
However, after the vehicle was returned to me, I noticed that the self-start button was not functioning, which left me stranded in traffic. I immediately contacted the service advisor who had been handling my vehicle. He informed me that the battery might be discharged and recommended checking its condition. Upon inspection, it was determined that the battery either needed charging or replacement due to possible damage.
Following this, I agreed to have the battery replaced. However, when I asked the service team to return my original battery, they were unable to do so. I was informed that the original battery had been misplaced by the service centre. Despite escalating the issue to the supervisor and manager, I was told that the battery was changed by me, the customer, and that they could not provide any replacement or compensation for the lost original battery.
I find this explanation completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The service experience has caused me great inconvenience and a loss of trust in this dealership.
Due to this disappointing experience, I have decided that I will no longer visit Vaishnaoi Honda Kondapur for any future service or new vehicle purchases. Furthermore, I will not recommend this dealership to my colleagues, friends, or family. July 9th 2025
