The worst experience ever. Never ever trust this place for bulk orders. I informed them at 9.00 AM that I would require 1 kg of jalebi and they agreed to supply at the right time. I informed them I would place the order using Uber Eats. Kept them informed after I placed the order. After they received the order request, the owner made a call to me saying it would take 1 hour for them to prepare. I waited. After 1 hour I get a call asking to wait for more 30 mins. I agreed. Then he tactfully fooled me asking to cancel the order on Uber eats and he would deliver it to my address personally within 15 mins. I agreed and cancelled the order. Then he makes a call and said " the ingredients required for making jalebi are not available at the moment." And please order something else. I had to carry sweets for potluck at my office. This guy just made me look like a fool at my office. Very very disgusting experience. 2 hours of waiting gone in vain. Please do not trust these people for huge order. Totally disappointed...

Ye Lo Chai! These kind of places are not just chai joints but an essential requirement today when we seriously lack places where we can hang out with our friends without burning a hole in the pocket. The menu is short and crisp! Array of commonly loved tea variants like #MasalaChai #GingerTea #LemonTea #GreenTea and so on. And what’s better than #BikaneriSnacks to go along with piping hot cup of Tea/Coffee. I tried #PaneerKofta #Samosa #BesanPapdi almost everything on the menu and everything was upto the mark. Would have loved if things like samosa and kachori were served fresh out of kadhai but that’s not possible at chai joints. The pricing of this place is really impressive. I believe on an average 2hrs of chit chat and hogging here won’t cost more that Rs. 100-150 for two people.

Staff is not at all welcoming. Cashier is too rude and egoistic. They cannot grow with this cashier who behave differently in front of owner and different in the absence of him. If you complain they will not take it positively rather say it's your mistake. Whenever you visit the shop they will play the movies/songs in a very high volume. Taste is never consistent for ginger tea sometimes ginger is too high and some time it is too low. Couple of times I had Dal Kachori, never felt it fresh. Customers are paying double as compared to other cafes nearby. And not getting good and same quality is worst. I would never recommend anyone to visit where people don't treat customer...
