Paradise Biryani — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Dear Paradise Biryani Management,

This is to formally bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding a double payment made at your Jubilee Hills branch on 6th April. I had visited your outlet with my family and placed an order consisting of Mutton Haleem, one Veg Biryani, and one Mutton Biryani, totaling Rs. 1,039.

I successfully made the payment via UPI from my bank account, and the amount was debited immediately. However, the receipt did not generate due to an issue with your UPI machine. The salesperson insisted that I pay again, stating that the amount would otherwise be deducted from his salary. He also assured me that the original payment would be refunded within 24 hours.

Out of goodwill and to avoid inconvenience, I made the payment again, this time using a different payment method, which went through successfully. I clearly informed the staff that the issue seemed to be with your UPI machine, not the bank or customer side.

Since then, I have made multiple calls to your team, and was given the Jubilee Hills branch contact number—but no one has responded. In fact, calls are repeatedly rejected.

It has now been 18 days, and I have received no response, update, or refund. This lack of accountability and customer service is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

I request an immediate resolution and confirmation on whether the double payment will be refunded. If a refund is not possible, please clearly communicate that as well, so I do not have to continue following up. But I do expect clarity and closure on this matter without...

Paradise is synonymous with Hyderabad. For anyone who visits Hyderabad they must try Hyderabad and so many things I heard about this place. And I’m not saying this is not bad or anything but taken all the hype into consideration this is an okay place. Nothing to go crazy about. I felt biryani at Shadab hotel (near Char Minar) was better than this.

Food items review - Chicken biryani was good but not great. Reshami Keshab had really good taste. With chutney it tastes even better. Chicken was very tender and cooked to perfection. Chicken masala was good. It was not spicy but likeable. Laccha parathas were chicken well but portion size was very small and expensive as well.

Pros - Ambience Hygenic Quick customer service and delivery time (when I visited the hotel wasn’t full so expected) Multiple branches so you can visit either of them (what I heard from locals is taste is same at all places)

Don't go by Paradise biryani at Jublihills branch, it won't like real paradise center or other branches. For the sake Jubli hills they started I think. Worst taste and very very less quantity even for family packs. Generally we will pay for veg family pack around 600 and it will suffice for 4 people. But here it was 1070, and it wont serve not even for 2 people. And the guy who was taking order will mis guide people stating 2 family veg packs will cover for 9 to 10 people easily. It's big false statement and the quantity is 2 small boxes only and additionally we ordered 3 veg Biryani. Total bill was around 3300, generally it will he max 1700 even we order 3 veg family packs.

The taste was horrible and it's cold.
