A long ride during the monsoon season around the city can be a big deal. Due to rain every city has traffic jam and now a days even Hyderabad has got some serious traffic issue but this issue has led us to some where which has some delicious food being served. The Pariwar Have More restaurant is the place we have stopped to have our lunch. Ambiance of this place can be ignored as they have delicious food. And the pricing if the dishes are really reasonable and pocket friendly.
Food - let's talk about it:
Kalmi kebab: A very old Mughalai recipe of kebab that was served. The kebab pieces were really soft and tendered where the meat has absorbed all the flavors from the marination.
Badami kebab: An another dish from Mughalai cuisine yet delicious enough to soothe your taste buds. The texture and taste of Badami kebab was similar to kalmi but it has got rich flavour from almond paste and the chard texture on the outside says it was cooked to the perfection.
Al faham chicken: Arabic grilled chicken which contains mild spice marination and cooked directly on the coal on a grill. The flavors were really good the chicken was soft, tendered and juicy with each bite of it I can taste all the marination flavor.
Non veg platter: It was one of the humungous meat platter we have eat which contains Leg kebab, phuket fish Garlic prawns, Millennium chicken. Love the chicken leg kebab as the marination was really fantastic and spicy enough for my taste buds and next was garlic prawns it was big and delicious the flavors were apt enough to enjoy. Phuket fish and Millennium chicken was good but not as good as other two items.
Arabic shawarma: Again the Arabic spices which contains the mild flavor marinated meat slow cooked in a fire for more than an hour to get taste of a cooked meat wrapped inside the rumali roti with garlic mayonnaise and fresh veggies.
Mutton Biryani: After a long time I had a good biryani. Really a good one the flavors were good and most of it was the masala. The biryani got perfect spices where the masala was not over powering the biryani flavor.
Rating:

Read moreMust say that food at Have more is fabulous. I specially went there to satiate my haleem craving which is available 365 days. One must go after 4pm for haleem. Five of us went there but missed the haleem as we went early in the afternoon.
So we started our meal with some amazing starters. Grilled chicken was good and grilled to perfection. Malai kebab was juicy , mild and delecate. Garlic prawns was delicious, slight hint of sweetness elevated the taste of prawns . Phuket fish was crispy, though it looked like heavy on spices but taste was mild and light on stomach.
For the main course we had garlic naan and Punjabi chicken. Punjabi chicken was cooked in tomato based gravy, pieces were chunky and roasted well and came with flavourful & delicious gravy. Double gosht mutton biryani was the show stopper. Soft and well marinated mutton chunks and delicious fried chicken with whole boiled egg ,such a blissfull experience. One must definitely try this .
We ended our meal with khubani ka meetha, double ka meetha and phirni . All 3 desserts tasted good , specially the creamy and nutty phirni was super awesome.
Overall had a great experience. Good service and excellent food.
Must try : Malai Kebab Phuket fish Special Biryani Phirni
