no phone number listed on the internet which is very very bad experience for someone who wants to call in and make reservations or check for availability there was a birthday party ongoing so they should hold off on all reservation when they come in to make sure nobody gets bad service experience the place was overcrowded wait for a table was over 40 mins, every 10 mins someone kept saying 5 mins so ended up waiting which could've been avoided after getting seated, there was an additional 15 mins for the table to be cleared the salad bar was empty and repeated requests to fill them up went unaddressed dessert counter was empty all throughout and was not filled till the end pizza and garlic bread had to be requested multiple times before any attempts were made to be served no plates and cutlery was available all in all they were unprepared, inexperienced, unprofessional at handling either the birthday or the customers which could've been avoided had they simply told a no to all reservations and had a listed phone one could call and reach out for checking...

Well this place deserves very good ratings if its comes to food taste but if its comes to staffs i must say very ridiculous staffs specially lady owner she is completely rude doesn’t know how to speak with the customers over call she started scolding me buy saying so many things all i asked her to book a table i was just 10min late she started blaming me that’s not her fault its my fault i came late i made her understand that i was stuck in between of traffic but she wasn’t ready to listen i must say i owner lady should be more polite over the call place is very small we waited almost 1hour for table seriously but the food is best n best waiters are not capable to handle the rush specially thanks to the supervisor on shift with the blue shirt I found him as a best person over there with a lots...

If you are looking for a pocket friendly buffet which is Italian as well as indian then this place is for you. Once you entered this you fell 🌻 good with the atmosphere. Newly designed and overall a good vibe. When it comes to food 🍕 all are mouthwatering. You have 15+ salads, 10+ main courses and one ice cream . They offer you an unlimited buffet along with 2 types of cold drinks . Mainly Pepsi and sprite . But my suggestion is to plan a visit on weekdays if you are food holic, because weekends are not for tasting all the items due to the heavy crowd . They also have 2more branches across Hyderabad.
