Komma - The Club — Restaurant in Hyderabad

1-First of all i ask them in the Instapage while going to the Pub and they said like there is no entry fee for the couple and stags, but when we are at the entry the bouncer’s were stopped us and ask for the Money like the are saying its cover charges its not the entry free, but i go to many pubs and even they can’t ask any money before going in.

2- We are in the mood to chill but unfortunately disappointed while going in, we paid around 4000 rupees for the cover charges but we didn’t recive any receipt for that, when i ask regarding the bill they are saying like it I’ll deduct in the main but but here i have some doubt that where is the cover charges bill, and even while deducting the money in the main bill they are not even mention like the 4000 is cover charges amount. They why you people are asking like cover charges amount..? If you are taking some money for something entry or any other purpose you guys have to provide a bill for that to proof. 3- after entry they said like today was the bollywood night DJ Meesha will play but even after 10:30 she’s not on the playing area, which we are disappointed again. 4- And Highest disappointed point was after complete of our drinks we asked for the bill, and they show some photo which was taken from the system and saying like its the bill , if you have any doubt please check in the Monitor..? Like what the local street shop will give the bill if we ask , and then here this pub which have some name in the market was not providing the bill for the customer..? Is this joke or making some scam..? And even while paying the amount they are showing their own QR codes of the server person which will rise the doubt again like for whom we are paying..? For the club or for the server person..?

We are really sorry but this kind of situation will totally give effect for the next time. Like why should we come again for this club..? Even the small small clubs were providing the bill but here they are showing like some photos..? This was...

I had a very disappointing experience at Komma the club. The bodyguard, Nadu, was very rude and had a bad attitude. He did not welcome us in a warm and welcoming manner, and he made us feel like we were not welcome. I understand that he is the bodyguard, but he should still be polite and respectful to customers.

The food was also not good. The crispy chicken was not crispy, and the chilli paneer was bland. I would not recommend the food at Komma the club.

The manager, Sumith Kumar, was also very rude and unhelpful. He did not seem to care about the customers, and he was not willing to help us with any of our problems. I would not recommend this manager to anyone.

The only positive thing about Komma the club was the servers. They were very fast and polite, and they did their best to make up for the bad experience we had with the bodyguard and the manager.

Overall, I would not recommend Komma the club to anyone. The food is bad, the service is rude, and the manager is unhelpful. I would give this club a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.

The bodyguard should be trained in hospitality ethics. He should learn how to welcome customers in a warm and welcoming manner, and he should be respectful of all customers The food should be improved. Last night we came to komma for a birthday party. First of all they checked our id card which is good but ..we are four girls was there they didn't check my id,But particularly with other two girl they check there id and started asking questions police.i didn't understand the reason .then they make fun of my friend mizo name..after that we when we are enjoying our party they called my partner four five times and stated telling to leave the place I don't know why..it was not closing time also .. when we started arguing they behave very badly with us..and they also use bad words in telegu language.this pub is really not safe for female ..they treat north east girl very badly. And the manager..he was zero. He should tell them how to behave ..what to say n how to say... but that person was really don't know how to handle. I think they should keep a notice board in the entrance that mention north east girls not allowed in the pub. Really really very bad experience with komma.. I don't know why they behave like this only with us when their was 100 of members we didn't disturb anyone we just enjoying our party dancing n all.. overall it was really very bad n not safe for girls.ill never come again to...
