Hidden treasure!!! After all the noise and pollution hitting the city which is currently hungry for more development, it’s extremely hard to find a serene place like this. It has this calm and soothing ambience from all those trees and plants and the calmness which is hard to find a city with a average sound level of 60db’s. We can also hear and see different birds in the early morning. It’s like a mini Bird sanctuaries during the morning until the cleaners scare them away, and yes this place is extremely clean thanks to the Swatch MSL theme. Security is good with lot of live cameras all over the place. Ok those were the good things ...now let’s me tell about a few pain points.. the maintenance system here is called ARC system helping us with plumbing and electric needs and maintenance, they are extremely famous for procrastinating and the plumbers can seriously get your BP reach a higher level. Well as long as you have your own plumber you should be good. I heard of various water leak issues which has not been addressed by Meenakshi’s management. If any reason for me not to pick this place ... it would be the water leaks causing damages to the walls. Again not all of them have these issues. Overall I love this place for its calmness and secure...

Meenakshi Sky Lounge is blessed to have a large and best landscaped area. It's also pertinent to note that the landscape is well maintained by periodically planting seasonal flower plants and beds.

The premier gated community has 3 Blocks - Pegasus, Phoenix and Polaris. Each Block is of two buildings, A and B Wing. Together the ,6 wings have 432 apartments.

Meenakshi Sky Lounge is a self contained community with sports and games facilities, Basketball court, Badminton court, Swimming pool and Club House with 13 guest rooms, Provision store, medical store etc. It's a wonderful...

If anyone looking forward to take flat in Meenakshi or rent I recommend not to take being the resident owner in this community i don't know they are no proper rules are security is waste they cant take action on anyone if association is proper and take proper action on defaulters of wrong parking and few nuisances from the flat it would be great this present community fails in doing and just let things go is their attitude please guys wake up and see what other communities are like its real shame for me to share all this rest if you want please come...
